Tucked inside the private Stones Throw community of Union Pier, our bright and airy home offers wooded privacy and is close to the beautiful sandy beaches and famed sunsets of Lake Michigan and all that the area has to offer. This beautifully crafted 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage home offers all of the modern creature comforts of home in a tasteful and well-appointed setting. Just bring your swimsuit and flip flops and prepare to unwind.

Bedrooms (3)/Baths (2 Full):
This home sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has ample closet/dresser space to store your belongings during your stay. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached bathroom with rain shower and Jacuzzi tub for your soaking pleasure. Bedroom 2 located off of the living room also has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has both a queen and a full sized bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second full bath which includes a shower with built in bench.

Living Room:
This home offers an open layout perfect for gathering with friends and family. The living room has a 13 foot lofted ceiling and many windows to create an airy and light filled space. The spacious sitting area faces the double glass doors leading out onto the private back yard and is perfect for relaxing with a book or gathering to watch a movie. There is a also a wood burning fireplace with gas starter to enjoy on a chilly evening.

Kitchen:
Located off of the living room is an open, eat-in kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a center island/prepping area and is well stocked with everything you could need to prepare and enjoy home cooked meals. Located between the kitchen and great room is a dining table that can accommodate six people.

Porches/Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy your meals or a cocktail out in the oversized screened in porch which is furnished with a comfortable sitting are and large dining table that can comfortably seat 8. Or relax on the front porch which is perfect for enjoying the scenes of the neighborhood. If you care for a little sun, recline on the comfortable chaise lounges located on the back patio.

Other:
- Weekly Rentals in Summer season are available FRIDAY-FRIDAY unless previously arranged.
- There is a gas grill available on the back patio which hard wired for gas so no propane is needed.
- There are ceiling fans located throughout the home including in all 3 bedrooms, the great room and the screened in porch.
- All linens including bath and beach towels are provided.
- A full sized washer/dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board are located in the utility closet off of the master bedroom.
- Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV (Basic)

About Union Pier
Union Pier is about 75 miles from Chicago and just few miles from New Buffalo, MI. . There are several great restaurants, coffee shops and breakfast spots within walking distance or a short bike ride. There is a farmers market each weekend in the summer just a 2 block walk from the home. The roads are all very quiet and perfect for a relaxing walk while enjoying your morning coffee. There are plenty of fun activities to keep you busy during your vacation, including:
