Stayed Nov 28, 2025This home is fabulous! Decor is southernly superb. Comfortable beds and linens, soft towels, cozy living room ideal for a movie night. It was perfect for our family of five plus two of our daughter’s friends! Our 6 year old loved the double twin beds. She said she felt like she was sleeping in sissy’s dorm! The washer and dryer came in handy for our dorm life daughter! I can’t say enough about this property and have zero negative feedback!

Stayed Oct 24, 2025The home is great with an open concept which allows you to enjoy a family gathering. The furnishings and decorations are very nice, beds comfortable and linens are what you would have in your house. The dining room is set up with two computer work stations. There is a Keurig and an electric water kettle. Lots of tea choices but bring your own pods if you have coffee drinkers. Kitchen storage and refrigerator very nice. For our stay, a large amount of items were left for use by owner/previous renters in both the refrigerator and pantry. Although unusual for us we just segregated the items from ours and didn’t use them. Although there is 2car garage it is unusable as it is used for storage. Unlike the pictures, the backyard is fenced. There is a grill but no patio table or chairs . The host is super nice and responsive on issues and tries to fix as quickly as possible.

Stayed May 9, 2025We had four generations staying together for graduation. It worked perfect with where people could sleep and then being able to just sit and visit and play! And our granddaughter enjoyed the yard as well.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024We were in town for the University of Arkansas Homecoming game with LSU. The house and location were excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The house is very nice and was the perfect size for the six of us! We came in for the UARK/Tennessee game and the location of this house is perfect to get to campus. Check-in and Check-out were easy. The host was prompt in communication. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will book here again.
