Perfect for Large Groups /Walkable /Plaza

The house was great!! The location was fantastic I don't know why anyone would be nervous about staying here, we had absolutely no worries. Easy walk to dinner and drinks. When we come back we will definitely try to rent this home. Highly recommend!!

This was not the fanciest of homes and we were a little skeptical with first impression, but it exceeded our needs! It was perfectly located. Everyone had their own rooms with plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. If you are needing an affordable place to stay so you can spend money elsewhere in the city... this is the place for you! The host responds promptly!

Had to go thru some rough areas to get to the house. You pull up to an unkept lawn and you start to get tummy rumbles. The house was dirty(you could see a layer of dust). Insects all over bathroom and my daughter realized she used a dirty towel hanging up a little too late. Owner simply said that’s not possible and asked how many towels we needed.

Water was shut off due to not being paid and the owner lied about the issue and stated he was going to get a plumber the next day to look at it. The city came out mid day the next day and told us that the bill was paid so they are turning the water on. The sheets and apartment was dirty, I assume because there was no water to wash sheets or floors. He did send a cleaning person out but she only remade beds with the current sheets and whipped down counters. She was also aware of no water. They refused to give us a refund even though we were traveling for a funeral and needed to shower, so we left and booked a hotel anyways for one night hoping the water would be fixed in the morning. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the only one I have negative reviews on. I would be very careful booking this property

Loved the location, walking distance to restaurants, bars etc. We had a super great time. HOWEVER. The house needs a deep clean, really just a clean. Had some issues and took management till the next day to fully answer. Had to buy cleaning products for a dirty toilet and search for towels which were found to be in a dryer. Baseboards are filthy. Shower curtains/liners all have mildew There is no dishwasher detergent to run a load. Not sure we would stay at this particular house again bc of the cleanliness but loved the area. Management did refund a small part of the cleaning fee but we would rather had the issues taken care of and responded to promptly.

Split level. If you need two area for separate families but in the same building then this is your place. Both the upstairs and downstairs have their own kitchens (although the bottom is huge) and washer/dryers. Fantastic beds, clean place, and a mile from groceries.

Very spacious, and clean. I made several suggestions to include in the bedroom - chair, mirror, useable tv remote, and a waste basket. The downstairs bathroom is small, the toilet is too close to the shower. We had a great time, sitting around the kitchen bar, and living room talking, and laughing a great deal.The Asian plaza down the street was fantastic.

Location was great for us to walk to Empire Slice, plaza area. Taylor was helpful in giving us ideas for dinner and providing trash bags for our party. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The living room with the barstools gave us plenty of seating to play games together in the living area. I suggest that you talk to your cleaning service. The microwave was really dirty and there was hot chocolate dust on the counter and a ring. The rooms/bathrooms were clean but they need to spend some more time in the kitchen--clean microwave and oven. Thankfully, we weren't cooking. Also, suggest telling guests to bring blankets for the pull out couches. It was a little cold for the kids who slept in the living room. Also the downstairs bathroom had towels but no washcloths so if you want washcloths-bring some.
