Perfect for large groups. Sits on water's edge.

This property was just perfect for our family! There were 12 of us and the bedrooms and bathrooms were more than accommodating. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. The fridge and freezer areas are oversized and were ample for all of our food. The back of the home is complete glass doors and the view of the lake is incredible! We took advantage of both docks. And the owner allowed us use of his kayak and paddle boards. There is a hot tub that we enjoyed too! Parking is plentiful. We had 8 vehicles. The owner is very accommodating to specific requests and promptly responded to all of my messages! Could not have had a better experience!! Thank you Smith Family!

The host was very responsive, house is well laid out for multiple-families/large groups, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Also really great for young kids as it supplies things like baby gates and high chair.

Truly a wonderful HOME! We enjoyed a long weekend stay with our entire family of 15 all together. There was plenty of room for each of the 3 families to have their own level. Other wonderful experiences included;An Easy check in;Plenty of comfortable beds; The kitchen was comfortable and stocked with many dishes and cooking pots/pans/etc;The large windows on the back of the house were gorgeous and showcased the beautiful lake. We could see many sailboats at different times of the day; It was so relaxing to sit outside on any of the multiple decks; Plus those that were more active enjoyed the paddle boards and life jackets while on the water;The docks were in good shape to enjoy sitting on the water and launching the kayak.Easy check out procedures;and many more wonderful attributes and experiences. Thank you!

Perfect house for a large group. Very clean and comfortable!

This house was perfect for our group of ten with ensuite bedrooms for all and large seating areas inside and out. It is located on a quiet street and has plenty of parking with a large circular driveway and carport for two cars. The owner/manager is very responsive and the checkin and checkout process was a breeze. The lake is beautiful and there's a marina just around the corner. We look forward to returning to this wonderful house.

The owner met me at check in and we enjoyed learning details about the property. Our family enjoyed the many bedrooms and large spaces to get together. The view was beautiful! The pool table was enjoyed by the young adults and the children loved the toys!

Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. The owners are terrific, quickly responding to all our questions. I can highly recommend this home and the folks who own it. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful summer vacation. Memories for a lifetime!

Property is lovely. Great spot on the lake.

The lake and the property were beautiful! The host was excellent! The layout of the house was perfect for our group, but the house itself didn’t feel clean and had many minor repairs that hadn’t been addressed. There were many bugs in the house. Any time we had a specific issue, the host was immediately responsive and helpful.

There were nine adults, and we all had plenty of space to be alone, in a large group, or small group. It was perfect for us to attend a conference at the Lake Lanier Lodge.

The property Manager was great, we had a problem with the AC and he came to fix it within 30 minutes. No blinds to the window which made it hot during the day, other than that it’s a great property.

If you want a great place for your family to have a get together. This is it! Great house, great views! Owner is great! Overall it was a wonderful time! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay at the property and it was exactly as listed!

We had a group of 14 moms get away for a weekend. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed from an equipped kitchen to ample seating and parking. The scenery is beautiful and we would stay here again! We enjoyed an outing to nearby downtown Gainesville to walk the greenway and shop and dine.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family reunion that was held at the University Yacht Club. Plenty of room, nicely decorated and all of us had a great time. The owner/ property manager was very quick to respond to my questions.

We had such an amazing time at your property. The house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to comfy spaces for everyone. The only small challenge was figuring out which light switch controlled what☺️ We hope to visit again soon!
