Perfect for Family - HEATED POOL thru early Oct, WALK to Downtown/Beach, HOT TUB

This is a great place for our family to spend time together! The host was quick to answer any questions I had. He plenty of space for the 11 of us. Some went ice skating, nice short walks to the near or to the lake.

Great spot in a great area. Our group 9, (originally 12) was reuniting from many years of friendship. The space and amenities provided were perfect and more than adequate. Thanks JIm.

Our host was amazing at reaching out prior to the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. We were able to communicate and get help during our stay too. We appreciated the attention to detail at the house, it felt like a home. We would recommend this home to families or groups of friends. Our girls weekend was amazing!

The house is great for older guests who can’t do stairs. Loved how many bathrooms and beds. The host made sure you felt welcome and had everything you needed. The host also responded quick if you needed anything.

Impressed with all the extras that we did not need to bring along, but made the trip that much more fun. The laundry area helped so much with all the towels we used.

There was three families that totaled ten people. The space worked great for us. The house was clean and ready when we showed up. Communication with the host was easy. The house is in a great location. It was easy to get to the lake, parks and downtown. The pool and hot tub felt amazing. There is a little playground between the houses that the younger kids enjoyed. Would definitely come back here.

Our stay was incredible. This is an awesome location, so close to the beach and downtown area. The house was well equipped and clean. The pool, hot tub and fire pit were awesome to use. We had an amazing trip and this house was perfect for our needs.

Comfortable house with loads of room. The property is an easy walk to town and the beach. The house has multiple private spaces which was nice as several of us had to work on line. Outdoor spaces were peaceful and beautifully landscaped. Only adults came on this last trip however in the past we have vacationed with a wide age range of babies and children. The house accommodates them with toys and a safe barrier from the hot tub and pool. This is an outstanding property for a family holiday.

A great house in a great location! Little misunderstanding about the door code but the property manager was quick to assist. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Property was fantastic. Best vrbo we've ever stayed in. The owner has thought of everything- full kitchen, household supplies, towels, games, little touches that really make this place stand out. We will be back!!

Everyone wants to come back! The accommodations were comfortable and clean with so much available for summertime fun. The location is close to both the beach, which is pristine, and the town, which is hoppin', giving our children and their families much to enjoy with little travel. Jim was so kind and generous, making sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make our stay in his beautiful home a vacation to remember. Thank you, Jim!

Overall things were nice for a family of 12. The owner was on top of all of our needs. The house is very kid friendly. My only suggestion would be to update the bedrooms with shades. The curtains are very thin,

This will be a great news/not so great type of review. First the great. The house was great. Upon our arrival it was clean and accommodated my family perfectly. There was plenty of room for our three daughters and nine grandchildren ranging from 11 years old to four months. The bedrooms were setup nicely and the four bathrooms came in handy with such a large group. Supplies were adequate and greatly appreciated. Much time was spent enjoying the front porch and sunroom. No complaints about any of this part of the property. My main issues were with the outside part of the property which was a huge factor in our decision to rent this property. Upon our arrival I found the pool and deck areas less than satisfactory. There were bird droppings on the sides of the pool and on the deck area. The entire area was littered with leaves and tree debris. I had guests arriving in three hours and knew the first thing my grandkids would want to do is hit the pool. I was able to make a quick trip to the nearby Ace Hardware and purchased a blast nozzle and spent about two hours remedying this problem that I feel should never have been an issue to begin with. After this was taken care of we had a great week of swimming and family fun at this house. The location is great and I believe the host to be an honest and honorable man. Because of the issues described above I can't give more than an 8 out of 10 review. Our experience was great other than these issues

We had an absolute amazing time at this location for vacation! We came right before Memorial Day weekend and it was awesome! We had 5 kids and the pool was so much fun for them! There were so many kid items there as well as toys for them, which was helpful! We did rent the golf cart as well and had so much going for little golf cart rides, heading down to the marina, or going the few blocks to the sand/lake! The location of this house makes it easy to walk wherever you want to go or take a quick ride. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions as well. We definitely would recommend this spot to anyone looking to take a trip!
