After the beach take a swim in the pool before dinner, then enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy sharing stories in Adirondacks around the fire pit into the night. While the house is not childproof, it is family friendly and a Pack n Play is included.
We DO NOT allow parties of any kind.

Pool rules-
There is NO child fence around the pool. It is our preference that children visiting know how to swim.
Children MUST BE supervised and accompanied by parent or guardian at all times when using the pool.
No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
No diving, pushing or running.

SECURITY:
For your protection and ours, there is 1 Ring front facing security camera with flood lights at the driveway, recording audio and video of the property exterior.

RENTAL RULES:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises. Smoking of any kind inside the home will incur a $500 fine, in addition to any costs incurred for mitigation.
2. Drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited.
3. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the online listing. No more than 10 guests (including infants) are allowed in the house. If the occupancy limit is exceeded or the Manager receives information about excessive noise, Host has the right to evict all guests and occupants immediately without refund of any remaining nights.
4. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs on the premises.
5. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
6. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they may invite to use said premises.
7. Bunk beds: Bunk bed and ladder are used at your own risk. There is no jumping on or from bunk beds allowed.
8. Weather: No refunds will be given for storms or inclement weather. Consideration may be given for re-bookings, depending on situation.
9. Pool: There is no child fence around the pool. Swimming is at own risk. It is highly recommended children know how to swim. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
10. Pet policy: We allow 1 pet per stay with a one time pet fee. Please ensure you clean up after your pet to avoid incurring extra cleaning charges.
- Pets are not allowed on any furniture, bedding, or blankets at any time.
- Pets must be under control of owner at all times.
- Pets must use the bathroom outside. Please clean up defecations in the yard immediately and dispose of the bags properly. We do not provide bags so we ask you come prepared.
-Also, please be sure to bring a travel kennel and bedding so your pet will feel more at home!
