    The house is perfect for a family. The check in process and communication was prompt and helpful. Kitchen and bathrooms had what we needed. Hot tub was so nice to have. Great value.

    Our rental home was truly our home away from home here and we absolutely loved it. Warm and cozy and geographically well located. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. I trip was immediately responsive to our needs and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

    I can only give this condo 3 stars. The location is great, walking distance to Silver Lake Lodge. I assume that is the reason the nightly fee is so high. For that fee, I expect a certain level of comfort and amenities. 1. I am a frequent guest in Deer Valley and other condo's where I’ve stayed had a renter’s book providing information on outside activities, local services, restaurants, and care of the unit. This would have been helpful to have as a reference. 2. The promotional materials describe the kitchen as a Chief's Kitchen. This is a misnomer as it is outdated and not well stocked. 3. Laundry detergent was not provided. There were no extra pillowcases/bed linens if we needed them. 4. Promotional material indicates a 2-car garage. This is misleading because a refrigerator placed just inside the garage door takes up space, prohibiting a second car from entering. Also, when we arrived, garbage from the previous renter had not been removed and was taking up additional space. 5. The entire unit could benefit from a complete update. It feels old and run down. However, I realize this is a rental which has probably not been updated since it was built. The owner/managing company should improve the issues that directly affect their clients. For example, the mattresses on the beds feel old and lack support. Everyone in my party (except children who can sleep anywhere) had difficulty sleeping.

    Loved the rental house, great set up with rooms spread out and perfect common area. Left our skis at free valet and used the lockers for our boots. Easy walk to the lift. If it’s snowing have 4 wheel drive or at least front wheel drive. Can get icy quick on the last roads before the house.

    Great location. Need a new cleaning service as the floors were filthy. Exposed piping in places revealed some issue, but bigger problem was that there was drywall on the floors and countertops from cutting open the wall that wasn’t cleaned. Beds were also uncomfortable - clearly need to be replaced.

    Short walk to silver lake lodge. Home is very comfortable for 2 families. Easy communication with the property manager. Definitely would stay here again!

    This property is well located. The five minute walk to the mid mountain lift was easy when we figured out to wear our snow shoes and carry our ski boots. Rented a locker to store our shoes each day. Loved the complimentary ski storage just off the lift! The property manager stayed in close touch which we appreciated. The house itself was comfortable but definitely worn and dated. Well equipped kitchen with old appliances. Mattresses with odd toppers added. Holes in the sheetrock walls in the bathrooms that had not been repaired. Very rough toilet paper. Too many dusty accessories. Fireplace worked great with ample amounts of wood in the garage!
