Stayed Jun 22, 2024The property needs some TLC. The dishwasher is old and ineffective, we washed all by hand. Some doors don't latch without pushing hard. The upstairs toilet seat is loose. Light under the microwave does not work. The swimming pool was GREAT.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024We had 7 kids and 4 adults and we slept well and had enough room for all of us. All kitchen essentials and even games, PlayStation with games and the pool and hot tub was the best part! The hot tub gets very hot!! My kids loved this place and 1.5 blocks from the beach wasn’t bad to walk to. Owners chatted with me the whole time and were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to other friends and family! Thank you so much!!

Stayed Aug 13, 2023We had one of our best family vacations. The beach was a short walk from the house. We rented umbrellas and chairs from North Myrtle Beach. The pool/hot tub were used multiple times/day! Frank was very responsive. We had a small problem with air conditioning our first night. His sister came right over and helped. The HVAC service man was there the next day. He checked in with us mid week to be sure that we didn't need anything. I hope to stay here or one of his other properties during our next visit!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Beautiful home and location was perfect! Literally like 2 1/2 blocks from beach and about a 10 min walk to grocery store. Pool was perfect and the hot tub overflow was a nice touch. Swings under the balcony were a perfect surprise for our 12yr old. Property manager Frank was super nice and so was Tracy. Would definitely recommend for families with a variety of ages, and would stay here again if available!!

Stayed Aug 20, 2022We stayed a week with family! Perfect teen suite in the bottom level. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including electric griddle and crock pot. Furniture on both level were so comfy! The 2 swivel chair were everyone’s favorite. The only negative thing I could share is that the pool was never really clear. Owner did sent pool guy several times to shock and vacuum but still was cloudy most of the week. Otherwise we are very happy with this house. We would come again! Thanks again :)
