Perfect Family Vacation House with quiet neighborhood but close to excitement.

We’ve stayed at almost every rental in the Ocean Villages community over the past 12 years and this property is by far my favorite. It was super clean, all linens and beds made when we arrived. Owner was super communicative and helpful. Kitchen fully stocked and even had a bunch of board games. We love staying in West OC with close proximity to the boardwalk and we love going to the beach at Assateague. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Master ceiling fan did not work and toilet in bath upstairs was very slow to flush & drain water. But overall it was very clean, great location and would definitely stay again. The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond.

Loved this place. Very clean and convenient to restaurants and fishing charter. Would recommend this place to anyone and looking forward to staying here again.

The home was awesome. House larger than expected. Neighbors were super nice! Location was excellent in West Ocean City. Can easily get to downtown Ocean City, but avoid the city congestion if looking for a more relaxed stay.

Beautifully decorated home in nice quiet community. All we could possibly need was there. Owner is easy to communicate with. The family had a great time!

Spacious and roomy main living areas, plenty of bedroom spaces and bathrooms. Quiet from neighbors, barely any sound traveled through the walls. Lovely neighborhood, pool house was great and amenities were excellent. Plenty of cooking utensils and implements, only thing missing was a grill. Great place to relax for the holiday. Tips for navigating around traffic were quite helpful.

We visited ocean city for the Father’s Day weekend! We enjoyed being right outside the hustle bustle of town. This house has an excellent location! The pictures do not do the home justice! It was spacious and comfortable! We look forward to visiting again!

Great quiet location very roomy. 3 bed rooms 2.5 bath. Everything was in great condition everything worked great. Couldn't be happier with this rental. Within 10 minutes of the island of ocean city nice and quiet , very convenient. Only 10 minutes from the entrance to assateague even.
