Perfect Family Retreat With Ocean Views, Heated Pool, And Private Beach Access!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable!! This house is stocked with everything you could ever want to have a perfect family vacation. The heated pool, the large backyard with a view and many extras made this a very special week.

Spectacular home accompanied by spectacular views ... and a gracious host! No detail was overlooked in furnishing the house, which balances comfort with luxury. Five en-suite bedrooms with exquisite linens. Basement game room with toys for kids of all ages. Incredibly well-equipped kitchen (it even has an espresso maker!). Gorgeous ocean-view terrace with an awning for sunny mornings. And all within easy driving distance of Amagansett, East Hampton, and Montauk. We hated to leave, but look forward to coming back again if PJ and her family will have us!

There are really no words to describe the degree to which this rental exceeded our high expectations. First off, the owner/manager is the most accommodating and most communicative of any house we have rented in the past 10-yrs. the house itself is significantly nicer than it shows in photos. Views of the not so distant ocean across the street and over the tree line are nothing short of spectacular from the house and yard. The house was beyond immaculate and we are clean freaks. Everything you could imagine wanting from kitchenware to kids toys and sporting goods (age 2-18) is stocked throughout the house, garage, and yard. Very little of this is shown in the property description. You can easily walk across the street (2min away) to one of the best beaches in the Hamptons at Gurneys. The house is equally perfect for multiple couples or families with kids. Our kids are begging us to re-rent the house next year which we 100% will if back in Montauk. 5-stars not enough to show our appreciation for the rental.

My family of five recently rented this home in Montauk, NY. The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all of the amenities you would like to feel at home. We absolutely loved the layout of the house. There was plenty of room for my three young children, my parents and our siblings. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and each has its own ensuite bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms have views of the ocean. The backyard is absolutely amazing. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The pool is in close proximity to the house and patio. The grassy lawn is the ideal set up for all of the sports and games our children wanted to play - soccer, wiffle ball, races, etc. There is also a swing set for the kids to play on in the front of the house. The private beach pass that is included with the rental was a highlight of our trip. The beach was so quiet and only had a handful of other families. The outdoor shower in the backyard made it very convenient to bathe the kids after the beach. We would definitely rent this house again and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to recharge and relax in a beautiful setting.
