We must speak to each renter and all rental agreements must be signed prior to renting.

If you wish to book we will then email rental agreement with payment instructions. **PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated. ***REFUND policy. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Cancel 30 days before check-in, 50% of the amount they've paid & cancellations under 30 days before check-in, no refund..
7-day minimum stay Memorial Day to Labor Day. Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
Labor Day to Memorial Day minimum stay is 3 nights. MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 25 years of age, with a drivers license.
