PERFECT COUPLES GET AWAY IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN BOERNE!!

Overall, great place!

The proximity to main street stood out for us. Easy walk to restaurants and shops and to watch the Christmas parade on main street. The 2nd floor apartment was quaint with some antique furniture. The hostess did a great job of anticipating what we might need during our stay. The neighborhood where the apartment was located was nice and quiet. One issue we had was walking up and down the stairs when it was dark. The small solar powered lights along the staircase were not bright enough so we opened the flashlights on our cell phones. We would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Boerne.

Such a great place for a couples getaway in Boerne. You can walk to everything and the room is along a quiet street just off the Main Street with shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and there are outdoor seating options to enjoy the birds chirping and peaceful place. Can’t wait to come back and will book here again.

Great location

The cozy space offered so much comfort and amenities. There are restaurants and shops a short few blocks away. The river is a street away for a relaxing morning or evening run/walk.

we arrived at the property and never were able to access the apartment. we ended up at an over priced hotel as very few rooms available in the area due to NCAA basketball final four

It was well appointed, larger than expected. The chocolate kisses we're a very sweet note after a long journey.The steps up to the apartment were steeper than I thought but navigatable.I loved how close the apartment is to the downtown area. The handy notebook was very informative with clear instructions with checkout protocol. I suggest the notebook be placed in a clearer spot for themen as I had found it but my husband never saw it. Lol. All in all we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay again. Lisa is a fantastic host.SheriVery comfy bed alovely.we'rnavigable

The room was clean and we had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add a small folding step stool. If you are short, it is hard to reach the dishes in the cabinet. There are stairs to access it so think about that with luggage. We would stay again.

Great location for walking around Boerne. The unit was fine, a little dusty and musty smelling, maybe it had not been rented in awhile. Bring your own coffee k-cups, there was a machine but no pods. Not the hosts fault, but the neighbors have VERY BRIGHT outdoor lights in their backyard that kept the room very bright at night making it difficult to sleep. There was confusion at check in, we were not provided a code and the check out time was listed as 1:00 pm online and 11:00 am in the room (11:00 am was the expected), these were clarified with quick communication with the host.

My mom and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, and we had everything we needed, including extra towels, a fridge, a microwave, cleaning wipes, and a mini fridge. We just needed a place to stay at night, and it was perfect for that, especially if you’ll be walking around in the main part of Boerne!
