Perfect Beach House! Large 3/2w/ Heated Pool Included, Tiki, Bikes, 2M to Beach

Pools was great and house had everything we needed to make meals, to relax, and to enjoy the area.

Very nice stay with two young kids. House was very clean and well stocked. Pool was beautiful and my kids enjoyed swimming everyday. TVs were finicky- owner acknowledged this with instructions on how to reboot in the house, however this was not a bother for us. Owner was very responsive !

Great place to stay! close to the ocean and Pompano Beach Pier as well as many other establishments. House had all the amenities and then some. Bikes, beach gear, coolers, towels, etc. Plenty of space in the house, favorite room was the back room to the pool, pool itself, and tiki area. Hosts John & Stacy were great!!!

Pool was big and lots of area to lounge, however none of the three hammocks advertised were available

Property owners are great. They communicated well and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Pool is very nice and kitchen has everything needed!

Very nice house that felt like home from the day we checked in. The kids loved the pool and variety of outdoor seating areas. Two separate living room areas so the kids could have their own space. Split bedroom design so plenty of privacy for the adults from the children. Very clean, well maintained and in a nice residential neighborhood with easy access driving to the beach. Would highly recommend for any family.

An amazing place to stay!!! Clean, comfy, amazing. Easy to communicate with the host. Quick beach access. It’s lovely and HIGHLY recommended this beautiful place you will call home during your visit! I plan on returning.

The pool and backyard were awesome. Clean house & responsive host. Great setup. Kitchen had everything we needed. Minor issues with TV connectivity.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Everything that was advertised was exactly as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The hosts, John and Stacy, were very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The pool area was fantastic, clean, warm, and perfect for relaxing at any time of day. We also appreciated how close the house was to the beach and the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! The house was so cozy and comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—so convenient to everything we wanted to do, but still nice and relaxing when we came back in the evenings. We especially loved having the bikes and beach gear available—it made our trip that much more fun and easy. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

We have stayed at numerous rental properties over the years and i can honestly say this was our favorite. From the moment we walked in the front where to a personal greeting we immediately felt at home. The home was spotless and everything was labeled which made it easy to find things and put away dishes. By far our favorite part was the backyard. The pool was great and the tiki hut was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. It's obvious that the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful, comfortable well-appointed home. Great location! Pool was clean and well-taken care of. Spent most of our time in the pool and under the tiki hut.John and Staci, the hosts, were very friendly and helpful.I definitely recommend this vacation rental.

The house was amazing. There was so much room for all of us. Pool area was perfect. The kids had a blast. The house has everything you could think of having available to use. The neighborhood is nice, and property is very well maintained. The owners take a lot of pride to make you feel welcome and had a nice welcome basket for us. The house had beach chairs and umbrellas that you can take to the beach and there was a cooler we could use as well. 15 min drive with traffic to Ft. Lauderdale, around the same for Pompano Beach. Would highly recommend this house to rent. We will definitely be back.

The house had everything we needed and fit our family well. Everything was very well maintained and very nice. The pool and outdoor space were awesome! If you wanted the sun you could sit in the sun if you needed shade there were plenty of spots for shade. The tiki hut was very cute and a fun space to eat and relax. The location a short drive to the beach and good restaurants.

Had an amazing family vacation at The Perfect Beach House! The property was very clean and equipped with all kitchen and beach necessities. Loved having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bikes available for our entire family of 6! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions or requests! Thanks for a relaxing stay!

The house was very clean and well appointed. The pool was refreshing with different areas in the backyard to sit and relax. I brought my two small dogs and they enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable. The water pressure was great in the second bathroom. However, the shower head was not adjustable and sprayed everywhere. The beds were a little high for short people. The TV kept turning off and freezing. Just a couple of minor issues. All in all, a great house to stay at and well worth the money. I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely little home with all the necessities for a calming and rejuvenating trip to South Florida. The pool was awesome. The little one learned to swim and do cannonballs. He did not want to leave when the time came.

We had a very nice time during our stay. Aside from the cleanliness, pool, outdoor amenities and ample parking for the vehicles we had, there were some things that made this place stand out.Every possible kitchen item we needed was available! From a coffee makers to utensils to plates and glasses, everything was at our disposal.All-in-all, this was an outstanding place!

Our stay was really nice. Clean, organized, modern home and had everything you'd need! We didn't love having backyard cameras and the upper pool filter never worked while we were there, so the pool had bits of debris constantly. But overall a wonderful time!

Beautiful house. Kids loved the pool. Loved that everything we needed was there with sunscreen and beach towel even beach chairs.

This property offers a wide range of amenities as highlighted in their online description. The pool area is exceptional and we swam everyday before or after other activities. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were extremely comfortable - a must on any vacation. Food shopping and fitness center are both nearby. We are golfers, and there were numerous golf courses in the area. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable experience.

Stacy and John are welcoming hosts who care for their property and it shows. They work to make sure your needs are met. This was our 2nd year experiencing our escape from the snowy north in this home, and the house, the pool and general location are perfect for those seeking to escape the north. We are already counting months and days until we return next January!

Just an overall perfect stay. The house was up to date, immaculately clean, and perfectly furnished. The pool was warm, clean, and easy for grandma to get in and out of thanks to the stairs. The bbq was great and there were tons of outdoor chairs, and the garage was stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. An absolutely perfect home for our week away!

This was a wonderful home base for our family of 6 over the New Year holiday in Pompano Beach. Super clean, well-appointed kitchen and the heated pool and backyard patio was wonderful for a 'day off' from the beach. The property only supplies 6 beach towels, which wasn't quite enough for our beach and swimming needs, but otherwise we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again.

The house was perfect for our weekend visit to Fort Lauderdale area before getting on our cruise. The house was really comfortable and we received quick responses for anything we couldn’t figure out. Enjoyed exploring the neighborhood.

We ended up in Pompano Beach, Florida after both of our rentals on the west coast of Florida were canceled due to the hurricanes. We opted to not stay on the beach but rather rent a stand alone house with a pool. The house was very nice! Top of the line finishes and very clean. It was easy to communicate with the owners as well. The only drawback was the pool was very chilly. The compressor went out and even though the owners tried their best, it was not fixed before we left. We were able to sit on the steps and cool off, just couldn’t swim. Owners provided suggestions for restaurants and activities which was nice. We had a delicious Sicilian pizza from Nick’s Pizza which was very close to the house. We also enjoyed Jack’s Burgers, also very close, and Nelson’s Diner for breakfast, super close to the house. We tried Mr. And Mrs. Crab for a seafood boil and it was delicious! We truly enjoyed our visit and if we ever go back to the east coast we will definitely try to book this place again. It had plenty of room for a family. We had my husband and I and our oldest adult son and had more than enough space. Easily could have added an additional couple.

John was a great host. Allowed us to check in early and enjoy the house. The pool was awesome and the house was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

House was clean, property was peaceful and well kept. The beach chairs, bikes, towels and umbrellas provided were an added convenience. Location was about 15 minutes to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants and less than an hour from Ft. Lauderdale airport. And the rooms were very well decorated and organized with cool items. 😎 😎😎😎😎

This home was perfect for our family of 3. The home is beautiful, clean, and updated. Our teenaged daughter had privacy with her bedroom on one side of the house, and the master bedroom is on the other side. We loved the pool and tiki hut and used them daily! There are lots of little details and decor that give a homey feel. Kitchen is well stocked, and there are extras such as bikes, beach chairs, and rafts, etc… for the pool, that were very nice to have. We did a lot of activities and excursions in the surrounding area during our 7 day trip, and it was so wonderful to have such a relaxing home to go back to at the end of the day. Would absolutely recommend this property!

This spotless home was absolute perfection! The owners were so kind and accommodating to our requests and needs and even included a lovely welcome basket with snacks.. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed. The outdoor space with sparkling pool and plenty of shaded seating was so restful and relaxing after a day at the beach. It was so helpful to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler of the beach. It was so nice to have a pack and play and high chair available for our grandson.
