The pool was the warmest one we have ever used, so nice!

Really nice stay in this cute house on Anna Maria Island. This was our 4th visit to AMI as we love it so much. We’re from the UK but love Florida and come over when we can. The house was well-equipped and the very few issues we had were sorted very quickly by the host. The position of the house on the water is lovely and very peaceful. We would recommend this house as a holiday rental. It was very comfortable and clean with plenty of room.

This is our 4th year staying at this home and we love everything about it! We were a little nervous about staying after the 2 hurricanes that caused so much damage on the island but the house as well as the island was better than we expected.

Our first time to Anna Maria Island and it was amazing! The house was perfect for our little family.

We enjoyed being right on the canal (dolphins came through our first day!) and having our own pool while still being a close walk to the beach. The house was clean and the perfect size for our small family, the neighborhood was quiet, and the property owners were so nice and quick to answer any questions.

Great location! Very short walk to the beach. House was stocked with beach towels, all kitchen necessities, beach and pool toys as well. The brand new appliances (washer/dryer/microwave) were great. Dock on the canal was nice and my kids fished during the week. Pool was a good size and it was nice that the house and pool were all one level. We do wish the furniture was more comfortable. Specifically the tv room sofa and primary room bed. TV’s in each room would also be nice for relaxing after a long pool day before bed. Overall, a nice house with very good location. Property managers are quick to respond to any needs. Check in was very easy as well.

We just take one vacation a year and we had such a good experience with this place at AMI that we came back for a second year! The best thing about this place for us is that it’s fragrance free. No scented plug ins and they washed the towels and bedding in fragrance free soap. It’s in walking distance from the best beach! We watched the sunset every night. The pool is amazing! We enjoyed kayaking in the canal. Things seem pretty fixed up after the hurricane here. Thank you again! We love this place!

This home was perfect for our family getaway to Anna Maria. It is clean, close to the beach and the pool with the view of the canal was wonderful. Margeret and Jim were quick to respond to any communication prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. Would definitely stay again! Delightful :)

We had a lovely stay at Simplicity Cottage. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool overlooking the canal. The cottage was supplied with many extras from beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. to make our stay easy. All the renovations that were done were beautiful. We were so pleased with our stay and can’t wait to return!

My husband and I with our two children stayed for a week. The cottage was tidy and had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite! It was such a short walk to the beach! We appreciated the kayaks and enjoyed coffee on the canal dock every morning. Prior to our visit I messaged the hosts frequently and they were always happy to answer my questions. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We have stayed in this home several times. It never disappoints. Love the carport for the golf cart. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed riding the bikes several mornings. Nice quiet street

The house was perfect for the 4 of us and the listing is very accurate. We enjoyed the pool and the dock! The beach is a short walk away and not crowded at all. The neighborhood is lovely. We had a great time and would highly recommend this rental.

This is our second stay at Simplicity Cottage and it has been a perfect getaway both times! We love the cleanliness of the home and the beautiful canal that backs up to the house. We are so thankful for this sweet home and all the memories that have taken place here.

Cleanliness and amenities were top notch. Great location! Pool was fabulous. We love the north end of the island, and it was just a short bike ride away from our fav beach spot. Definitely a great house and would recommend to families wanting a relaxing vacay on AMI!

We had a wonderful time. The pool and canal are simply beautiful! The walk to the beach is not bad even with three kids. We will definitely be back!

Second stay in probably quietest street on the island. Older property but immaculately clean. Great pool, dock onto widest part of canal. Bikes and kayaks provided. Very helpful owners. Couldn’t ask for more.
