Great views. Great location by town and trails. Inside of the house was expansive and comfortable.

Hosts were great, house was over the top fabulous! The views were breathtaking out of every window! LOVED it!

Host was very welcoming and the amenities were over and above what we expected. The home is gorgeous and very welcoming. Location was perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere. Each of us said we won't like to come back with just our families.

This trip was a combined family reunion and a wedding for our daughter. VRBO okayed a family get together for the family for Friday night, eliminating the potential concerns about holding an “event” which is not allowed by the City.Seating inside only was for 28. Lots more seating on the three decks.Communication with property manager was great.Property manager called us while we were on our way home to let us know that we had left a couple items and they promptly shipped them to us.While the stay was expensive, it was well worth it.The two homes rented by the sisters didn’t compare.A definite 10!

Beautiful home with amazing views from every side. The pictures do not do it justice! All beds were comfortable well stocked kitchen. Great place to stay.

Very well-appointed and well-stocked home, convenient to everything Sedona has to offer. Home has amazing views from nearly every upstairs room, and the outdoor viewing patios let you catch the beautiful rock formations at all angles. We were a party of 11 adults, all family, and the kitchen made cooking large meals a breeze, with plenty of plates, utensils, serving platters, pots & pans, etc. The layout and division of bedrooms makes this home better suited for family who is flexible with not everyone having a great view or private bathroom. Upstairs, the primary bedroom (amazing views) had a large en suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms shared a very small bathroom (no counter space at all, and one pedestal sink only) via a Jack & Jill setup, and the 4th upstairs bedroom had a bathroom right outside the door, but not ensuite. There are three additional downstairs bedrooms, and two of them shared a Jack & Jill bathroom, while the 3rd had a bathroom right outside. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have zero view, and the 3rd has a patio view, but it also has a glass door, so if privacy is an issue, this room won't work. The stairs going to the lower lever are very steep, so our older family members had a hard time going up and down. Anyone with significant mobility issues will likely not be able to make the descent (though in a pinch, you could walk outside to the patio and then follow the long ramp up and around to the front door). Overall, fabulous property if layout works.

Beautiful home, great for hosting a gathering and cooking meals together. The views and the spaces were beautiful. Convenient to get to town

We loved the HyView Property! The space was great for our group of 12. The Master bedroom/bathroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The other bedrooms are great as well for a group. The kitchen is well stocked and the property location was perfect for us. The dining room table and main living room seat a large group comfortably. We also loved the large patio deck with hot tub. The views are stunning! We only had a few small issues. We had quite a bit of difficulty properly locking the doors leading out to the patios but we eventually figured out the main one. We were still a little concerned they were not completely secured. The only other issue was one of the downstairs showers being a bit difficult to use. The shower downstairs beside the room with 2 Queen beds is an awkwardly set up and actually tilted at the bottom and the door doesn’t close properly so requires propping. One of the ladies slipped in that shower. It seems more suited for children, but they would still need to be careful. Despite those small problems, we loved the property overall and would absolutely book it again!

This house is perfectly located a few minutes walk from town and our family of 16 enjoyed everything this property had to offer! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location and wonderful property. Met all our expectations. A couple of minor suggestions. 1. Lighting over dining room table was finicky and not nearly bright enough2. Oven is fairly old and could use updatingNeither of those was a deal breaker and the property itself was spacious and proved great for our large family gathering. Would gladly rent again.

The property was perfect and just as pictured. They didn't miss any detailing either which is always so appreciated. The details even had personality (signs in the bathroom detailing what not to flush made everyone giggle)! It was the small things that really made it so great - labeling of light switches was incredibly helpful. Sometimes you worry about a big group staying together, but there was SO much room to spread out and enjoy. The downstairs area was great for the mobile massage setup we coordinated for the guests - truly turned into the perfect spa vibe. 10/10!!

This house was just like the photos online. It was very clean and equipped with just about everything we needed. Best of all, the concierge service was extremely helpful. Through them we found a fabulous chef, Nate Serkland, who provided meals for us throughout our stay! He was fabulous! The concierge also where Quick to take care of our needs whenever we contacted them. I would highly recommend this property!

Loved the space. Beautiful views, very comfortable beds, hot tub was amazing and huge. Kitchen was very well stocked as well as the bathrooms. Highly recommend.
