Perfect 4 Bedroom Dory Pointe Vacation Home Just 2 Blocks to the Beach

Came into town for a family wedding..The house fit all of our needs and loved that it was stocked well with towels, toiletries,and cleaning/laundry supplies. The location was very convenient for walking to beach, restaurants and grocery store.

Rental was exactly as advertised. Easily accessible to beach.

Great house - everything as show in pics! Got kinda warm with no AC but not bad, lots of fans available which was great. Ping pong table needs new paddles, patio was lovely but could use a new set of chairs and table. Grill was great. Nice and close to the beach!

Check in was smooth, communication good.Kitchen was well stocked but had seating only for 6 when house capacity was 9.Could stand to have a chair in each bedroom for dressing and a small table in the bunk room.Advertised as 2 blocks from beach, probably closer to a long 4.Really nice back yard.

Very responsive owner. Some maintenance issues with appliances but overall this property was accommodating and very conveniently located. Be aware that there is no hot-tub or air-conditioning, but house is stocked and has a fun ping pong table in the garage. We would stay here again.

Absolutely a wonderful property to stay at in pacific city! Close to everything, we all had a terrific time & enjoyed going out on the dory boat fishing experience. Can't wait to come back.the property was so clean & had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect family gathering.

Conveniently located well maintained home. Very clean and easily held three couples. Had fun playing ping pong!

Our nephew's wedding was at the Pelican. It was a five minute walk from the house. The house was well-equipped. We ate breakfast there everyday. We found some great walking paths by the beach on the other side of the main highway. We would stay here again.

This house suited our needs perfectly for our 6 adults and 3 children. Everything worked out very well and was a short walk to the beach.

Our stay at the Dory Pointe Vacation Home was perfect for our 3 generation family gathering. Everything about the property was as advertised. With 7 family members from age 4 to 73, we had plenty of room. We particularly enjoyed that we were only 2 short blocks from the beautiful Pacific City beach with grocery shopping and a wonderful coffee/pastry shop a 5 minute walk away.

Super close to the beach especially with a bike. House fit a good amount of people. Worked perfect for us. My only improvement I’d recommend is getting memory foam padding for the bunks and the sofa. They were brutal to sleep on. Also a few windows don’t have curtains and there is no baby toys but we brought our own(: also there is a Keurig for coffee!!

What a perfect location! It was close to the beach, clean and nice and roomy for my family. We had a wonderful time. And I will say a great beach for Boogie Boarding!!!

Appreciated the backyard and the location
