**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

    This place has everything you need for a trip away from home. We loved our stay here, it was clean, lots of windows, and good location! We traveled with a 5 year old & one bedroom is on the first floor and the second is on the third floor so that didn’t really work for safety reasons so we ended up staying in the same room but it was comfortable and we will definitely stay here again. Street parking was a little tricky with some spaces temporarily blocked across the street but it still only took one out two trips around the block to find something. Easy peasy. Great place.

    This was a wonderful place to stay, easy walk to restaurants, light rail. Communication with host was super. There are a lot of stairs in the townhouse!

    Walking distance to Cap Hill. Clean and cozy spot. Easy check in, and finding parking wasn’t too terrible. The place had all the needed amenities. As a tip, the downstairs bed is much more comfortable than the upstairs one. We learned the hard way as we didn’t do our due diligence in testing the beds beforehand. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!

    Property is bright and clean. It’s located just a short walk to Broadway in Capital Hill where there are many shops and restaurants. Convenient to the light rail which goes to the airport. We had no need to contact the property manager as there were no issues which we needed help with.

    This is a lovely and spacious unit in the middle of Capital Hill. The townhome was perfectly furnished with everything you need to enjoy a homelike setting. A parking pass is included so you can park on the nearby streets. It was very quiet and although we didn't use the roof top deck due to the rain the week we were there, it is a great outdoor space that includes a fire pit and has a lovely view. We would definitely stay here again.

    Great stay at a very centrally located place for our family. The unit was exactly as described plus clean and well appointed. Excellent communication from the owners and easy check-in/check-out process. Will definitely be back.
