Stayed Oct 12, 2025The stay went very well. The only issue we had was solved quickly with the help of the host. Property was clean and comfortable.

Stayed May 16, 2025The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable! It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Beautiful, clean and well-equipped apartment with a full kitchen and all utensils and appliances you could possibly need or want, including kettle for tea, rice cooker, Chinese soup spoons and chopsticks. Comfortable bed and well-stocked, double sink bath above. Front curtains hanging at a 45 degree angle when we arrived but fixed the next day (though just the angle,as you could not raise or lower). Recommend street parking as the lot behind building very hard to exit for a compact car.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Overall great stay. Neighborhood and entrance directly on street were disappointing as was tiny, closed -in parking.Very difficult to maneuver, even in compact car. Unit was immaculately clean, bed super comfy and kitchen had everything we could have needed. Nicely furnished, but living area was so small. We had a little trouble running out of hot water even with normal use.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024This townhome was sparkling nice, very clean, very well equipped with everything we need. Parking was very tight, but in Seattle we were happy that it is available safely behind the building. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and family room were just perfect. There is a cute rooftop area with chairs and table to enjoy outside fresh air under a big tree. We highly recommend this place. Oh, one more thing, upon arrival our door code somehow did not work, but the Manager's Assistant was on call and she fixed the code while we were on the call. Really appreciated the staff availability with just a phone call. Thank you.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024This was our first time in Seattle. The neighborhood was funky and cool. The parking was decent, but if you have a larger car or SUV, it would not have gone well for you. The place was very well appointed with a cool design. Tons of stairs, so if you have trouble going up and downstairs, this place is not for you. It was very convenient to the downtown area.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024My wife and adult son stayed 3 nights while visiting Seattle. The unit is pretty-much brand new and everything was clean and nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few coffee/cafe places that are walkable. There is a bus stop 100 feet from the front door which makes getting into Seattle easy. The beds were super comfy. The unit is spread across 4 floors (including the deck on top), so be prepared to do stairs. Parking is also tight, but we got better at getting in and out after a few tries. I would stay here again.
