This is a two story single family home with 3bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is about 2180 sqft. Two sets of stairs lead to the front entrance.

**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: Living room w/smart TV, dining room, kitchen, Queen bedroom (with desk), Full bedroom (with an additional twin size pull out trundle), shared bath with tub & shower and heated floors. Deck next to kitchen with spacious outdoor seating & additional bistro set in the backyard. Central A/C and Heating.
• Basement: Second living room with Queen pull out sofa & smart TV, King bedroom (with desk), wet bar, bathroom with shower and heated floor, laundry, access to garage. Mini splits for additional heat & cooling.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 9 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

    I liked every thing about staying here. Location, clean, and communication was great. The one thing I did not like was giving my personal information to another company in order to stay at this house. It was on the listing I just missed it.

    Beautifully appointed home— A interior design. Great mini environments within the home. Wonderful neighborhood for walking. We appreciated the bassinet, baby bjorn, and pack n play for the baby. Terrific spot for a stellar weekend.

    The location of this home could not be more perfect! We loved that it has off-street parking, access through the garage, and plenty of options for people to lounge, sleep or do whatever without having to feel on top of each other. The house is very nicely appointed and did not leave us desiring anything. Will be staying again!

    This is a fantastic rental property, very recently done and with exceptional design and finishes. Really above and beyond and even more beautiful than the pictures. Location is great, with easy walking distance to several parks, and many services. Lots of thoughtful details like heated bathroom floors, books and toys/games for kids, etc. Truly top notch!

    Beautifully renovated property in the most precious neighborhood! 9 people in our party, and there were plenty of sleeping spaces for everyone. We love the decor and modern design of the house, we also had a blast hanging out on the beautiful patio in Seattle's delightful summer weather. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
