The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, roughly 1000 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps to entrance.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 5 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

    The property was great and well kept. So many great places in walking distance. Sound did not travel inside so privacy on the different floors was great. It can get noisy being on a busy street, but earplugs at night helped. Would definitely stay here again!

    Our group of 3 adults had a wonderful time at this condo, we would definitely stay again!We arrived late in the evening only to find that the wifi wasn't working. We contacted them and after troubleshooting over the phone it couldn't be fixed. The next day a technician was at the place and solved the problem. I can not say enough about the easy communication of this company. They send emails with all the required information and even an email to check on how your stay is going. A nice touch in the home was information explaining how to use the heat/AC.The condo is very welcoming and spotless. Perfect for up to four people. But it does have alot of stairs since each bedroom is on a different floor. In a good location with restaurants and a market nearby.

    We were notified the day before of the visit regard a broken sofa sleeper. While not ideal the property manager worked quickly to get an air mattress so each of us had a place to sleep.

    The Fremont location was ideal for getting around Seattle and seeing the sites. Don't miss the Troll under the overpass near Lake Union! The property was super for 4 adults with each couple having their own floor and bath. Everything we needed was in the kitchen to enjoy breakfast together, and the neighborhood grocery was a short walk away. We'll be back!!

    We came to Seattle with friends to see the 5 Trolls in the area . This house was a good location for traveling to Bainbridge Island, Vashon Island & West Seattle. Very clean and comfortable. Bath products & bed lines were very nice Easy to check in & leave. We would stay here again
