Pensacola Home w/ Large Yard: 4 Mi to Beach

The house was very clean and stocked well with household essentials, we were super impressed! Would absolutely look to stay here again in the future.

Very spacious house and yard (our pups were very happy). Great communication with the owner. The owner went way above & beyond when there were a few minor issues: the hand soaps were too watered down (owner sent new soap and refills to the house), bath towels were musty (owner sent new towels to the house), & grill not working (owner offered to reimburse if we refill the propane tank, but we opted not to use the grill anyway because it was too filled with grease and needs a good clean out). Thanks so much for lending us the space for our family’s Fall Break getaway!

I liked the big open area. Luckily my dog likes the woods and doesnt take off. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We enjoyed the place overall. It was much better stocked than most places we stay. Everything is pretty low to the ground, like the beds and counters, which was no big deal, but something worth noting. The area feels very rural.

Such a beautiful home. It was perfect way to the beach, grocery, and restaurants. We loved the open floor plan. We would love to stay again when we visit Floria or family. Would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed staying at the house for 2 weeks. We worked part of the time remotely and there are two separate desk/office areas. The kitchen and living area is open and very inviting. The neighborhood is quiet and has great access to Perdido Key. Very comfortable home with plenty of space. Loved that we could bring our dogs. Would definitely come again!

We were escaping the cold in the north when we decided to stay here. The location is awesome, the house is awesome. Our small golden doodle loved the lanai and the back yard. The house is huge and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We brought our dog on this long weekend trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how pet friendly the home is. There is a small fenced in area for off-leash play, some toys, bowls, poop bags, and a comfy dog bed provided. For the humans, the beds were comfortable and we were able to spend a lot of time in the closed in patio and fire pit in the backyard. Would stay here with a group again!

Great location on a quiet street. Perfect for mixed company since one bedroom had 2 full beds. Back yard needed a little mower/weed earring attention but might have just been timing. Tried to book again but dates were not available but will try and book again.

This house was everything we needed! My husband, adult kids and I came for a short vacation and we had an amazing time! We brought our dogs too! The space was perfect and close to the beach. We loved it.

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and accommodating for my aging (88 & 86) parents, my husband and I and our two little dogs. We had a small issue upon arrival but it was resolved very quickly. The house is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the beaches but far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle of the crowds. We also enjoyed seeing deer in the backyard every morning and evening. So peaceful!

When the management company dropped the ball on the check in process and code, the owner contacted us and made it an easy process. The place has everything you could possibility want and need, including some great flavor coffee. We utilized the brand new grill provided and made some delicious steaks on the covered patio, while the dogs played in the yard. We'll definitely think of this place first when in the area. Thanks again for having us!
