Pensacola Beach Home: 1 Block to Beach Access

Great stay, we had a major issue that was resolved in a timely manor early on a Sunday. Lots of room for everyone. Only downside is the master bedroom only has a queen size bed. (We did know this when we reserved it). Still a great stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice location. Close walk to the beach lots of sand toys and beach chairs accessable. Short drive to restaurants and attractions on the strip. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay very relaxing

This is a wonderful house. And right across from the beach. Quiet, safe, and an easy walk for our small children. There are all sorts of beach gear and toys. We would definitely come here again.

Perfect location to the white sand beach. Nice and cool inside. Plenty of room for 3 adults @nd 2 kids.

What a wonderful location! 1 block from a beach entrance and not overly crowded. 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group. The host was extremely nice and she was easy to get in touch with. The house does need a little love. The air vents were dirty. The pillows were flat. (I suggest you bring your own.) One of the legs was missing from the loveseat. And the living room remote did not work. A little attention to the home and it’s comfort would make this a remarkable place.Overall, we did enjoy the place and it's location!

We had a great stay family vacation because of this house. It was close to the beach but not on the beach, so it was convenient but we didn’t have to worry about our small children roaming outside.

We stayed here over an extended weekend. Very spacious and clean. All communication with the host was timely. The best part a short walk to a beach that is beautiful and not crowded.

Nasty smell at kitchen sink. Garbage disposal not working. Assume the previous guests put food down it and it didn’t work. Cleaning crew could do a little more detailed job. We only stayed for two nights and weren’t in the house much. This is mostly being typed to say the house is nice, it just needs a few tweaks and it would be awesome!

Location is great! Plenty of space for two couples or a family with kids. The kitchen is well equipped. You can tell it is an older home but overall a great place to stay!

Property for us was an ideal location. Walking distance to the beach on gulf side, short drive to sound side, close to food, shopping & entertainment. Recommend using the Gophercart service.

When we arrived the house was dirty, there was a lot of sand inside, poor cleaning, curtains that didn't work in one room, the refrigerator didn't cool well, the microwave didn't work, there was no light on the porch, beds in poor condition, inside the main room the electricity connection in the bathroom didn't work, there was no grill, no paper towelin the badrooms . We had a bad experience inside the house. I don't recommend it.

Loved the House. Staci the owner was just a text away and so responsive and helpful when we had questions. The House looked exactly like the photos. 1 block from the beach and a very quiet neighborhood. it was a perfect location for us. We will be back!

It was so easy to access the beach and the house was the perfect size! The owner was so easy to contact and was so accommodating. Five stars, highly recommend. We'll definitely be back next summer.

We had a small family reunion. The location was excellent and the property was well taken care of and comfortable. Everything you needed was there. The property manager was responsive to any concern that arose and very helpful. I hope we can stay there again. Everything was perfect.
