Great friendly host that is there to help. The house was clean and open. Neighborhood was great, 10min from the mall, 30min from the beach. Will look for this property again in the future!

The whole house was great. From the bathrooms to the kitchen everything was clean and nice.The only thing was the yard we are use to a well keep yard other than that the place was great. Would stay there again yes

The host was Amazing and very welcoming. They were very attentive to out needs and shared information and videos regarding how things worked in the house. The house was very comfortable and spacious. I would recommend this house to complete your stay in Pensacola, FL. Everything was perfect!!! I will definitely stay here again!!!

Spacious and clean.

The home was clean. Enjoyed the amenities. Peaceful and quiet. The only downfall that I did not like about my stay was the constant texts from the host. I felt like I was being watched and monitored 24/7 when I would come and go. My father had passed by the home prior to check in and saw someone cutting the grass of the front yard, and the following day the host texted he was going to come by to do the yard.

No pool on property. Host was very attentive and communicated at all times. My only issue to mention would be the internet and television. TV was a bit old and wouldn’t connect properly to internet

Enjoyed our stay. Host very nice. Very clean spacious home. Interesting variety of plants. Lack of lamps, end tables. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Parking on incline. Front yard is steep slope.

This property is an accident waiting to happen. There is no rail going up the steps and grass is growing through the steps so when you use the steps you are only using half a step. The throw rugs have NO safety backing, etc at all. In the communications before we rented this house we were led to believe that if someone went up to the front of the house and put in the code, then they could go through and open the back door where it was level. That is true. However, nothing was said to the fact that you still had to go up the incline to get to this even part. We were led to believe you could get to the back without having to go up the incline. Very poor communication with the host on this and people involved in making decisions on renting this place or not. Three elderly women, with two being on walkers, rented this house due to the emails, etc between everyone involved in checking into this place. You can imagine what a lovely time they had getting in and out of this place. NOT TRUE! In trying to settle this once the women arrived and saw the situation, they were told to go up and down the left side of the house because it was smooth. Again, NOT TRUE. Also, to go down the incline on the left side of the house, there was boggy water at the bottom. Try getting a walker through that, will you? The beds were very high and required the women to use a stool which one of the women had in the back of her van. I could on but it looks like I do not have any more room.

Great property in a nice location. Very clean house, great communication from owner. This will be our go-to stay when in Pensacola.

This amazing stay has became into a family tradition for us to enjoy every summer since 4 years ago. My daughters pick this destination every year because they enjoy so much the beautiful North Florida beaches. My wife and me also appretiate to stay in such an amazing house in a quiet nice neighborhood. Even our dog loves to walk down the street to play in the dog park nearby, plus staying at this property while we're going to the beach. The owner check is very friendly and responsive.If you are looking for a place where you feel like at home, with room enough for your family, a calm friendly neighborhood in the city that is just near the beach (28min drive), but not in the middle of the beach hustle, this is the place for you!

The property was well priced and in a good location in between many different destinations. It was well cleaned and spacious. The host was very communicative and checked in often. A great stay overall.

Visiting family, the house was perfect for what we needed while staying in town. Good location, ready to find. Host was always in contact, checking in to see if we needed anything.

We stayed here to visit our daughter in Pensacola. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The house was as described, and the host was very consistent with communication. Some of the communication could be perceived as curt, but I had no issues. As others have mentioned the front yard/steps are steep, but once again no real issues. Don't expect to stay here and actually use the yard as the interesting landscaping and slope make it virtually useless. That didn't bother me, but should at least be noted. Location/neighborhood felt very safe, and close enough to grocery stores etc.. What I assume is supposed to be the dining room table area really could use more light. We sat around the and ate, played cards etc, but it was a little odd with such little light. Bedrooms/bathrooms were as described and comfortable. A TV in the master bedroom would be a welcome upgrade, as there is only one TV in the house, once again this was as described just something that would be nice to add. All in all this was a very nice stay, and would be on my list of repeat stays if we need

Everything about the house was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean, property was well maintained, beds were extremely comfortable, the location was perfect, etc. Thank you for a great five days in Pensacola!

This was a nice and comfortable little home, perfect for our needs. Close to shopping and restaurants. Tuan was an excellent host...super helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

It was great the walkway up to the front door are scary as they are at an incline.

We were making the trip to visit my mom, who is in her final days/weeks. Due to the situation I booked for the wrong week. We arrived in Pensacola, visited my mom and contacted our host to get into the home. To our horror, I had put the wrong dates in. Our first thought was to find a hotel. We panicked. Mr. Duong was the most pleasant, calm and caring person during our discussion. Thankfully his home wasn’t rented for the days we were here. He graciously offered to change our booking dates and pleasantly kept us on the phone to the house to explain to my husband how to get in and what to do upon entering. This home is so beautiful, spacious, private and has a large empty lot across the street for your pet or children to play on. Everything was clean and perfect. Our host checked in daily to ensure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely book with this host again and recommend them to anyone going to Pensacola, Florida. This was an overall wonderful experience thanks to the host.

This was my family's first trip to Pensacola and our stay here truly made it an experience that we must have again. The property is in pristine condition, very clean. The host is great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Because of this experience we'll be coming back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We had a great time, and a house was very clean and spacious.We would recommend for anyone to stay here and would be willing to stay again. My wife even left her make-up bag behind, and they sent it rigjt back to us. Overall, we had a Fantastic Experience!!!

This stay has become my family summer tradition because we enjoy so much the Pensacola area and the surrounding pristine beaches. The reason we keep coming back to this property instead to another closer to the beaches is that it makes us feel like at home. It is cozy, comfy, well equipped, newer construction, and located in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood. My kids have a great time during our family meals, or just watching TV in the living room. I believe is a 65 inches one with really comfy coaches. Everyone enjoys this house, but I think the one who loves it more is my dog! He can roam on the social areas (tile floor all the way), and I can take him on a leash to a big yard in front of the house, or even walk him to a dog park that is located just 3 blocks away. The host is very responsive and attentive. He is texting us everyday to check if everything is OK or if something is needed. For all these reasons and more, I believe our Pensacola summer tradition will go on!
