Thislocation offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Peninsula Point features beautiful airy décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, and one bedroom featuring a pyramid style bed with trundle (two twin bed option and one full size)
The two main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, which gives you plenty of privacy, and the bunk bedroom has a bathroom next to it which also has access to the patio and pool.
The Main bedroom features French doors that access the lanai and views of the pool as well as a desk.
The Villa can fit up to 7 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space. The kitchen, living room and dining table with the pool table area feature plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of entertainment. The Pool Table offers great entertainment for the family.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining or watching TV on the outdoor TV, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing on the dock, or just watching amazing sun rises from your eastern facing pool deck or boat dock.
The dock offers plenty of space for hanging out or for canal fishing.
The home has four bikes which are a great option if you like to cruise around in the neighborhood or just explore Cape Harbor down the road.
