Stayed Nov 22, 2025Perfect stay! My only complaint is not getting to stay longer. House has everything - stocked kitchen, fenced yard, beach gear, starter toiletry, kitchen, laundry set, ideal location on the end of the road but walkable to everything on Siesta Key. Would 100% stay at this home again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Location, location, location. This charming little place has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's steps from two different beach access points. Would walk out to Access 3b with our morning coffee to check conditions, then load the wagon up with the provided chairs, cooler, and umbrellas to Access 3. If we forgot something or needed to grab a snack, it was no big deal to walk back to the house to get it. Because there's no public parking for the beach nearby, it wasn't crowded at all. And when it was time to go grab dinner or do a little shopping, it's an easy 3 minute walk to the village. Gorgeous sunsets on the beach in the evenings. The place was clean and well-appointed. Communication was clear and timely. Would definitely love to come back.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Pelican's Place was the perfect place for a winter getaway. Very comfortable, very clean, a well appointed kitchen, and just a brief walk to the beautiful beach. Coffee on the screened porch started our day. There were numerous restaurants, shopping and a grocery store all within walking distance. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Very nice home to stay in, fully equipped kitchen, lots of linens and towels, and beach - towels/ chairs/ umbrella/ wagons. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Very short walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. If I go to Siesta Key again, I will definitely try to stay here.
