Stayed Dec 31, 1969Fantastic house for a large crowd. Every room is a master suite, it’s truly so accommodating. Easy access to the beach, Marsh etc. views all around. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed Sep 26, 2024We went there for a family getaway for my Mother’s 70th birthday, with my Husband, parents, two brothers, their spouses, and children, and it was the perfect amount of rooms, and space to accommodate our large family, and it was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The views from the top floor were absolutely stunning, the beach was gorgeous, all the bedrooms had king size comfortable beds and very nice and large en-suite bathrooms. Everything was decorated beautifully and was well stocked with nice dishes needed for a large family, all the cookware needed, an keurig, and a regular coffee pot, all the amenities needed! The pictures really don’t even do the place justice! It has an elevator that we loved using to get all the luggage and groceries in and out of the house. Everything worked amazing, and we will definitely be back! We ended up staying and enjoying the beach, the house, and the pool the entire time, and only went out to eat once. It was super close to everything as well! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had a great experience. The house had some wasps in the stucco wall near the grill and pool and we purchased wasp spray ourselves to prevent someone from being stung. We also had some handles of interior doors that were broken. We communicated both of these above with the property manager and never received any response during our visit. Otherwise, the house is beautiful, very spacious, and is excellently located on Singleton Beach. We may even be interested in staying there again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House: 5 Star House was very clean and exceptionally well stocked!! Had a slight issue upon check-in but a simple text and the management group responded first thing the next morning to resolve it. Beach: 1 star The beach was super crowded!! The nearby resort had people flooding the private beach area of Singleton Beach. Beach access was not ideal for a member of our family that required the use of a wheelchair. It was very narrow and many obstacles in the way.

Stayed May 24, 2024We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the en suite king bedrooms, proximity to the beach and incredible views from the house. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs and toys were appreciated. The beach access was so close. The beach was crowded for the holiday weekend but that was to be expected. We had concerns before the trip regarding the proximity to Coco's but it was not an issue at all. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Stayed Oct 26, 2023Each bedroom feels like a master. Views of the shore and neighboring golf course are amazing. Enough space for folks to congregate downstairs and then party upstairs. Well stocked kitchen. Great responsive communication. Home is in great shape and each bed is comfortable. Look forward to returning next year!
