We really love staying in this part of 30A. It is close and convenient to the beaches and restaurants/shopping. Our stay at Pelican House was great, however, I do have some suggestions for the property owner/management. The home is starting to show some wear and could use an exterior clean up. The front door was dirty and the porch railings could use a cleanup. Also, it would be really nice to have the patio lights on the porch - just makes it homey. The master shower didn't quite work right (issues with the shower head spraying when you just wanted water for the tub) and the second shower head veered off towards the wall instead of being centered - I could not move it. We couldn't figure out how to properly use the accessories to the TV....there were like three remotes. Smart TVs are fairly inexpensive these days - that would be a really nice upgrade! I would much rather have streaming capabilities versus Direct TV....it would also save you some ....as Direct TV is expensive! Lastly, a cubby would be a great addition to add to the master bedroom - I had to store my clothes in the other bedroom. Again - great stay and these are minor things that would definitely elevate this VRBO

This was a great place to stay for our family of five! Proximity is great as it is a short walk/bike ride to the beach and quite a few restaurants. The house was charming and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Highly recommend! I know we'll be back.

Nice clean property that was as comfortable as it was clean...a few cracked tiles, chipped paint but otherwise completely satisfactory. A blocked shower drain from a previous tenant was handled quickly and efficiently. Clear directions and descriptions made everything a whole lot less work and a lot more enjoyable.

Fold out bed extremely dirty (not sleepable). Half eaten food in frig. Thats some outstanding COVID cleaning. Top of fridge (easily seen) dirty No coffee filters “24 hour supply of toilet paper. Lol. Such a nice touch for $365 a night (after all fees). Oven stops working in middle of breakfast biscuits. (No it never worked thereafter) TV’s in rooms not hooked up to satellite. Both showers clogged We had fun despite the lack of effort and negligence. I would ask for money back but anyway who is so tight to pinch on toilet paper is going to be a PIA to talk to. So i hope this review helps anyone

Loved our stay here, centrally located to Watercolor, Publix near by, donuts down the street. Very nice, big open space, and comfortable for the four of us and could have fit more on the couch if needed. The attached bathroom to the main bedroom was a bit small, but for me and my husband it was fine. Easy walk to the beach, was great to have 2 parking spots, nice pool with places to lay out. Best part for us was they did not require a week stay. Definitely would recommend.
