The house was great! The kitchen was exactly what we needed for family meals after skiing!

Nice condo. Had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host was very responsive and allowed us to checkin early. The only 2 negatives were the checkin time of 4 pm and check out of 10 am. Typically it is 3 pm and 11 am. This was our second year there. The only reason we won’t return is that pool and kid zone passes are no longer included with the rental and no discounts are given even though we had 12 people.

It was a great house for our 6 dads and 6 sons to spend a weekend away golfing. Basement was a great spot for boys to chill together with shuffleboard and video game table. And plenty of seating upstairs. They even had extra phone chargers for those of us who forgot to bring them! Great house!

Owner was very accessible

This rental suited us perfectly for our family's weekend trip to Erie. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It easily accommodated our family of eight plus a couple of guests. The check-in and check-out processes were clear and simple. Dave and Beth responded promptly and we experienced great communication with them. We had looked at other rentals closer to where we needed be in Erie but we were so glad we stayed in this community that was family friendly and where we felt safe. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. There was more than enough room for everyone! The game room was great for the kids. Quick walk to the slopes. Dave and Beth were great to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay at the ski birdie lodge! Definitely recommend and will plan to stay again.

We love it here. This was our second year. We would come back, but the sleeping accommodations are getting quite tight for our little ones as they are growing like weeds.! And some of them aren't so little anymore. My nine year old grandson is only a couple inches shorter than me and his brother isnt far behindisn't far behind.

We had family of all ages and from 4 states staying! Skiing/Snowboarding, pool/hot tub, plenty of games and a boatload of fun at this beautiful property!!

Perfectly located for the friends to convene. The game room was perfect for the kids and bedrooms were comfy. The kitchen was amazingly equipped. We will be back!

Beautiful property. Very well appointed. Hosts thought of many necessities to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The only disappointment was that we thought the amenities at the peek n peak resort were included with our stay. They were available to us but at an additional cost

First time at this property, pictures didn’t do it justice, everyone complimented how nice the property was. Right on the golf course, tons of room. Everything you need was pretty much there. Plan to come again!

This place is great. Highly recommended for a getaway .

We have little ones and we were looking for a quick trip to spend with family. This was perfect. We spent two full days at the resort pool, mini golf, playgrounds, etc. this property was well maintained and communication with Beth and Dave was great. Thank you!
