Pearl of the Gulf Sum

The house was perfect for a family with kids. Bunk room was perfect. The kitchen was very nicely done and very new. Location is very convenient to the central square in Seaside but far enough away from all the hassle. Speed Queen washer and dryer was so nice. Appliances are all in great condition. Highly recommend.

We spent a week at Pearl of the gulf, as an extended family trip that included 7 people. The house was beautiful and the decor and comfort set the tone for a lovely week at the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed for making great meals and we loved the large island for working jigsaw puzzles. All beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything you needed for a great nights sleep. It was nice having some beach items available in the outdoor storage closet and the beach was just a quick easy walk from the house. The owner Will was great with communicating, giving suggestions for restaurants and dinners at the house. There was an issue that occurred while we were there and Will was able to quickly take care of it. We would happily stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed your home during our Labor Day weekend stay! It was very clean and has been updated beautifully. Will was a great communicator and gave me lots of great tips, especially about Goatfeathers shrimp! We were a short walk to the beach and the community pool we almost always had to ourselves. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at The Pearl! 2 couples 4 college age kids! House was so convenient to the beach. Easy, short walk! House was well appointed, nice designer touches. Fluffy towels, comfortable mattresses, nice soaps, well stocked kitchen! Can’t think of any negatives. We would have liked a bigger grill. The built in one at the house was a little too small for 8 people. Also would have liked cable TV. If you’re a Netflix , Hulu, in demand person you’re all set! These things did not have an impact on our stay! We had the best time! Will was super helpful and very responsive to any and all questions! We also appreciated the well stocked closet of beach chairs and toys! I would definitely book again!
