Property is well maintained and clean. The view on the lake was beautiful to wake up to every morning, we had breakfast on the balcony everyday. Beds were very comfortable and accommodated our family very well. Be prepared for stairs though, we got our steps in everyday, but it was well worth it! *As the host asks, please don't put tide pods or detergent in the center agitator of the washer, that is meant for fabric softener only. We had to clean out a tide pod from a pior tenant.

This place was perfect for our family. All the information and directions were very detailed, the place was really clean, and I was able to get a hold of the property manager really easy. If you want great views of the lake, be close to Hot Sulfur Springs, Grand Lake, and Winter Park Resort this is the perfect place to stay! We highly recommend this beautiful townhome!!

Enjoyed our time at the lake house. Great location and views. The townhome had everything we needed, kitchen well stocked, towels, toiletries, etc. We really appreciated the crockpot to have a meal ready for when we got back late from golfing. We rented a kayak from Trail Ridge marina and had a great time on Shadow Mountain Lake, hiked to Adam’s Falls and a little bit further to an amazing view of Mt Baldy. First time to Debbie’s Drive-in, yummy burgers and milkshakes.

The townhome was spacious and offered what we needed for our family. The kitchen was stocked with supplies to cook while we were there.

We visited CO in June. The condo was perfectly located based on what we wanted to see and do. Entry into the condo was super easy. The place was clean and stocked with some essentials. Comfortably fit 5 adults and 2 teens. Main area is on second level, so you'll get an extra work out in! Would stay again.

This property reflects pride of ownership. Maureen made our stay easy, convenient, and enjoyable. We loved all the nice cookwear as well as a starter pack of all necessary kitchen supplies greeted us the evening we arrived which made an evening meal easy.Then we loved the lication and the views of the lake from 3 separate patios. And the HOT TUB was a great waybto end our days after hiking, fishing, and kayaking.We highly rate this property and location and are strongly considering a return next year!

The condo is in a very peaceful area and has a great view of Granby Lake and surrounding mountains from the back patio. It was in a convenient spot to enjoy Granby golfing as well as a visit to Grand Lake. We also hiked to Monarch Lake which is a 31 minute drive from the condo. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place right on the lake. There in early spring when it was frozen but could go for snowshoe hikes on the lake. Comfortable beds and great space to share with friends and family.

We loved the location and enjoyed the multiple levels of sleeping, with plenty of space to hang out on the main level without disturbing anyone else. The views from the hot tub were beautiful.

A beautiful, quiet, peaceful, lake view. This place has everything you want. Really enjoyed our stay. Will come again.

So were do we begin? Everything was spot on Maureen’s rental property was simply amazing, check in was absolutely floorless, easy to access keys in the lockbox. Once inside her beautiful vacation home, we were simply amazed how well she had everything stocked. Maureen had thought of it all! Super clean, bed’s extremely comfortable and lovely and warm with the 2 fire places. The views from both decks were unbelievable for sunrises and sunsets. My Wife and I loved the place. It very spacious and clean with all the amenities. The best part of the stay was the the view of the lake from the patio and the balconies. The boat rentals are just 1 minute walk away. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful trip, loved the location and the property! Amazing view of the lake, and the stars at night were overwhelming! Close enough to town and the National Park! The townhouse was very nicely equipped with everything we needed for an amazing vacation! Very clean, very comfortable! The only “issue” we had was we picked the hottest week of the year to be there, and like most properties in the area, there’s is no air conditioning, but there were plenty of fans to keep the air moving…so we stayed comfortable despite the heat! Can’t wait to go back!

We had an absolute wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the home. The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of extra linens and pillows provided. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property.

My family and family friends were visiting Rocky Mountain NP and found this great place that fit the 7 of us comfortably! It’s only a few minutes from the south entrance of the national park and even closer to the cute town of Grand Lake. The town home has every accommodation you would need and we kept finding more things that were incredible to have been provided. Thank you very much for a relaxing and fun visit!

This home was beautiful! Right on the lake and SUPER clean! The beds were so comfy! The view in the morning was just breathtaking! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we ever make it back to CO again!
