Stayed Nov 7, 2025This unit in the legacy villas was perfect for our family of five. The community is gorgeous with super nice amenities-pools and gym. The condo was extremely spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and towels. TV’s in every bedroom. We were within walking distance of La Quinta Resort where we attended a wedding. Would definitely rent from Corry again.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025We stayed over the weekend for a family reunion and it was very pleasant. This place was clean with a spacious layout and access to nice amenities. The master suite was huge and even had access to the patio. We even coordinated with the host to rent out a space in the association clubhouse for a family reunion we hosted. We would definitely stay again and recommend for longer stays.

Stayed Dec 23, 2022This is a great property. It was appointed, everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a close walk or bike ride to La Quinta resort (restaurants and golf) or even downtown La Quinta, a charming little village with restaurants and boutiques. The house is a nice size with tall ceilings so that you won't feel cramped with 5-6 people. It was just my wife and myself, so we had plenty of space to spread out. There are plenty of pools/spas in the resort, and a breakfast/lunch spot was unfortunately closed during the holidays. And it is lovely walking around the neighborhood, which is very quite, and charming. We would stay here again. The property manager was very responsive to our needs!
