The house was perfect for our family! We had everything we needed for our stay. The lift was much larger than we had anticipated, which gave the kids added space to hang out.

The location is perfect, the house is lovely. I will add for those that need to know, there are a few steps at each entrance and no handrails, not so good for someone with bad knees. We did mange, but important to know. The trail was used often by most of the group, and enjoyed. Directions for wverything were spot on!Host was very accommodating!

We rented this home and the one next door for our group of 14 and 2 dogs. We found the location conveniently located to GOTL. There is a nice paved walking path in front of the home. There was everything we needed- garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry supplies, paper towels…. had a great fire pit out back which we really enjoyed.

Beautiful property with plenty of space. Clean and comfortable with great amenities and suggestions included in the welcome binder! Have already recommended this property to others and considering rebooking next year!

Annual weekend trip for grandkids (cousins quality time ) . Grounds of this house are not up to par - if you want to spend anytime outside do not choose this house . Inside of the house is good . Grass was long overdue for mowing and everything else about the outside was long overdue for maintenance .

The house was clean and well maintained! The host was very responsive. The property is close to Spire with a paved walking trail about a .3 mile walk and a little over a mile drive. Highly recommend this property!

The property was beautiful and peace ful

The location right on the bike path, tucked away from the road was great! Had nice weather so we were able to enjoy the fire pit both nights of our stay. The house was spacious, comfy and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway! Rebekah was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Exactly as the pictures show. Had everything we needed, nice, large and clean. Very relaxing yet close to everything. Loved the location and quietness. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our week in Geneva! The house was beautiful and well cared for. Even though it rained a couple of days we were happy to spend time together in the spacious house, playing games and watching movies. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there. Our family is already hoping to return next summer for another week. The only reason for the 4 star rating on communication was because there were workers that came to fix the air conditioner and we had no idea they were coming. My mom was startled when she came in from reading on the porch and there was a man standing in the hallway It would’ve been nice to have a heads uo or at least for the workers to Announce themselves when they arrived.

4 classmates from class of 1971. Had a blast touring the city. Beach, Adventure Zone, shopping , winery and restaurants. everyone was so impressed with the roomy, clean home and grounds. We were very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you - we vowed to come back and hope to get this venue again.

Wedding at nearby Running Horse Farm. Super convenient location. Very easy for friends and family to come and go. 5 thumbs up.

House was very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and welcoming. This was a family get together and we plan on coming back next year.

Picture shown in the email is not the house we rented. 480 Clay Street is where we stayed for 3.5 days. We had a family party of 10 stay at the house comfortably. There were a few issues with the house that were taken care of. Yard was large and there is a walking path along the side of the house to the Spire. Some attention needs to be done to the carpeting going up the stairs to the loft and the loft itself as well as the kitchen floor peeling in spots. More pans are needed to facilitate a family of 10 or more to cook in the kitchen. All doors need to be checked to make sure they can lock securely. 2 car garage was helpful when we had to move out as it was raining.
