You will be an easy 10 minute drive from Downtown Ashland and feel like you are out in the country. The home is 1200 square feet, was built in 2012 and remodeled in 2022. There is ample natural light and 15+ foot ceilings in the living space. Emigrant creek is a year round creek that borders the 8 acre property and is a lovely spot to relax.

Stayed Sep 28, 2025The host thought of everything—and more. Something for everyone, including musical instruments and a foam roller for massaging needy muscles. Very comfortable furniture and the king size bed was great! My dog and I both enjoyed the property—spacious outdoors and the nearby creek. The setting is quiet and private. Hoping to stay longer next time. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Lovely pastural setting with cows freely wandering, beautiful creek nearby and gorgeous vistas. Well equipped kitchens allowed us to cook, but close enough to town to easily go out for lunch or dinner.
