Peaceful Retreat near Medical Mile in Springfield

A quiet gem, centrally located in Springfield. Very clean property, with a well stocked kitchen, our host Nelly, was very helpful throughout the entire stay.

The property was perfect for our family of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and the location was close to what we came for. The communication was timely and professional throughout. We’ll book again when we return to the area. Highly recommend Nelly and her property.

This lovely home check all the boxes for our Bowling Group stay. The house immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked and offered high end appliances. Included in the extras were things like Insta pot, blender, waffle maker anything that you could want. This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed chatting with a neighbors and attending their garage sale. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were large and fully stocked. Because of the nice weather we were able to enjoy the backyard by having coffee every morning on the patio. I would highly recommend this property. The house was in a great location. It had all the necessities we needed. The house was clean & with simple, but welcoming, decor!

This was a short trip to visit our son, who is attending college in Springfield. The listing was completely accurate, and the property was immaculate—exceeding our expectations. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We had everything we needed during our stay and truly felt at home. We will definitely book this property again on future visits.

The location was fantastic, perfect for us who needed an overnight place while moving from Florida to Nebraska with dogs, 2 cars and a UHaul trailer. The house was very warm and inviting, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable! I highly recommend this property, and will definitely reserve again!

Very clean, quiet and fully stocked, appointed home. Even better than pictured. A bit of lingering smoke smell that the owner was clearly trying to improve (but I am very sensitive to smells). Would stay again!

Great place; clean, well stocked, lots of spare towels, bedding. Our only hiccup was the thermostat, limit set to 70 (which was too hot for any of us to sleep well).

Everything was great! The check-in/out process was easy and the house was spacious, very clean and included anything we could have needed. The area was nice and we never felt unsafe. We appreciated having the garage to park in, especially the day it rained. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were in Springfield for our daughter’s wedding and rented this home for 3 nights. The home was such a relaxing environment and super well maintained containing everything that you might need in a kitchen. The furniture was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The home was sterile clean. There is a nice covered patio that we were able to enjoy during a light rain shower. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Nelly!

This property was perfect for us, our grown children and our newborn grandson. The house is in a clean well manicured neighborhood that is very easy to get to. The home itself was very clean and accommodating. We prepared dinner and breakfast for our whole family and enjoyed time talking without any worrys about our vehicles in the driveway. The house also has a garage but we didnt feel the need to use it. The appliances, furniture, dishes and everything else was in great shape and working condition. Nelly has outfitted this house with a well stocked library and boardgames as well as toys and accessories for children and babies. We truly only needed to supply our food own food and enjoy watching the baby rabbits in the fenced in back yard from the large outdoor table under the covered patio. I would recommend this property to friends and i will probably stay here again during future trips to Springfield. My wife was very happy with the home and she calls the shots!!

I have stayed in a few VRBO’s, and this was the best. Every amenity possible. SUPER clean, great yard, cabinets stocked with everything you would need and more. Very comfortable beds. Nelly responded to each of my questions immediately. We will definitely be back.

House is in a great location and easy to get to and from when we went out exploring. Nelly was very responsive to messages and would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we needed for our family staying for MSU family weekend!

Very impressed with the house and yard. Super clean and easy access to everything in Springfield. My only complaint was the height of the bed. I am 81 years old and quite short and I was not able to get on top of the bed. It would be helpful to have a stool available. Luckily there was a comfortable couch.

This was perfect for our short stay and I wished we had stayed longer. Very nice house with everything we needed. The only change I would make is to put tvs in the bedrooms and include an instruction sheet for the stay and checkout. We weren’t sure if we needed to strip the beds or take out trash etc.

I was looking for a convenient location for activities for my grandchildren. It was the perfect place.
