Guests have access to the whole home, pool and backyard. There is a shed out the back that is not for guest use and will be locked.

Getting Around:
Dunsborough has a number of walking and bike paths, meaning that it is very easy to get around on foot and any wheels of your choice. We are fortunate to have a couple of local business offering bike hire, and Dunsborough has recently been included in an e-scooter initiative. Download the Neuron e-scooter app for pick-up loactions.
This house in particular is a very short walk (~5 mins/500 metres) to the beach, and 20 mins walking/5-10 mins (1.5kms) easy cycling distance to town, so no need to hop in the car if you want to stay local. The property is also very close to the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, so book your tee time and enjoy a round!
Visitors wishing to explore the outskirts of Dunsborough and the surrounding area will need a car.

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy, we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.

During winter months, we provide some complimentary wood, kindling, matches and fire lighters for houses with indoor fire places. Guests requiring more wood for their stay - or wishing to use the fire outside of winter months - will need to purchase their own, available at local service stations and hardware stores.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the existence of an invasive beetle (Polyphagous Shothole Borer (PSHB)) in the Perth Metropolitan Area, movement of PSHB host material such as firewood, tree pruning's, mulch (less than 2.5cm diameter), unseasoned wood, and plants (less than 2.0cm diameter) from within this area to areas outside is prohibited. To help STOP the spread, please purchase wood from the South West Area. (Advised by The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD)
