Peaceful Lagoon Views, New Furnishings, Near Coligny & Tiki — Great for Families

This was our first time staying outside Palmetto Dunes or Shipyard. We were very pleased the ease of access to the beach and the cabana was clutch! The entire path is paved until you get onto the beach - use the host-provided wagon for your gear (and groceries from the parking lot)! Colleen was a great hostess. We had some minor housekeeping items at check in and she was quick to respond and address. She has thoughtfully preserved and created space for guest belongings. Lots of cabinet, drawer and closet space available as well as great creature comforts such as laundry baskets/hampers, iPhone chargers by each bedside - all made our month-long stay really great.Be prepared to fall asleep to the songs of frogs and cicadas each night. Generally very quiet neighbors but windows are a bit older so you can hear folks when they are enjoying adjacent decks/porches. If you are having anything delivered (Walmart, Amazon, etc.) during your stay, make certain you emphasize SOUTH Forest Beach Rd. Many of our deliveries ended up at same number but North of Coligny circle.We would stay here again.

We had a great time with our 2 family of 4’s. The layout worked out nicely for our 4 boys age range 7-10. They loved the bunk beds and parents had their own bedrooms/ bathrooms and privacy. 2 downfalls were the walk to the beach was further than anticipated and parking was difficult. Very narrow parking and had to make 10 points turns to get in and out do the spots. All and all great place.

Nice condo but needs attention

This spacious townhome was well equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation near the beach, which was only a short walk from the property. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the area. The owner was always quick to respond to any messages or questions. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels, dishes and supplies for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the wagon, beach towels and lawn chairs for walks to the beach. Our only surprise was that the third bedroom was up 2 1/2 flights of stairs and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

This property was everything as advertised - great location, clean, well organized. Coleen was an amazing host and extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Overall the place is good and accommodations for our 5 people were comfortable. The location was really good for us as it was close to a quieter than normal beach which was great for my son who is autistic. The complex is large, yet quiet and well landscaped. The pools were nice too. We even saw a small alligator in the little lagoon just off the back deck. The only thing I would ask for is updates to the mid floor shower, older parts of the kitchen,and some of the walls need paint touch up.

We loved our stay on Hilton Head Island. This property is very quiet and you’re only a short walk to Forest Beach. We were within 10 minutes of all the restaurants near Coligny Beach. This community has beautiful trees for plenty of shade. This property has 3 floors with the bedrooms on the second & third floor. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The host had stacks of books that we enjoyed reading. The kitchen has plenty of pots & pans, cookie sheets, dishes & silverware you could need for your stay. The bedrooms are good size. The bunk room had 4 beds, then there was another guest bedroom and the primary bedroom. No one complained about their bed so I’d say all the beds are comfortable. The primary bedroom has a lovely balcony too! There is a porch off the living room with a grill & patio table. There is a washer & dryer as well and the host left both laundry soap and dishwasher soap. The host thoughtfully included extra cushions under the coffee table in case you need more seats than the two sofas allow. The unit is at the back of the property so you can’t hear the road. The beach closet has about six chairs and a large cooler and wagon to haul everything to the beach. Host provides beach towels too! I had a ton of questions before we arrived & the host responded quickly. Overall we had a great experience and everything was as pictured!

We really enjoyed the condo. My teens didn’t want to leave. We loved the fact that everyone had their own bed and that there were two bathrooms making showering and getting ready a much easier process. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a Harris Teeter as well as 3 other grocery stores close by. The condo is in the back of the complex and was quiet. The beach is a short walk through the complex across the street (there is a cross walk) and down a private path. There were bathrooms right there which was nice as well. All beach equipment we needed such as wagon, chairs umbrella are already there. It was nice not to have to lug all of that down in the car. The beds were comfortable and clean. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and shady. We enjoyed hearing the frogs outside of our window at night. If you don’t like noise just turn the tv to youtube and play some white noise with a black screen, Easy fix. We saw deer on the beach which was a highlight for my daughter and I! And several sting rays. The beach is beautiful and smooth on the feet. All around we had a great relaxing 4 days!

The location is perfect for enjoying the beach and pool after. Condo was clean and well-appointed with thoughtful accents such as games, comfy furniture, & beach accessories. Walk to beach very convenient, private baths on boardwalk are a huge bonus. Owner is responsive and thoughtful. It's a great stay for families.

we have been staying at Seascape for over 40 years. It is always beautiful and a place my family calls home.

We had an amazing time this weekend! We drove down from Southern Illinois on Thursday and stayed until Sunday morning. The property was beautiful, with a nice view of the lagoon. We accessed the beach with the private path, and we utilized the wagon and chairs provided by the property owner. We drove to Harbor Town and did some shopping and visited the lighthouse. It was a wonderful vacation!

Very convenient to beach and Coligny circle area. Great for families.
