Truly a beautiful home. The pool was a bit cold for our liking so we called tge manger and he immediately came to turn it on whivh was extremely nice of him to do. Of vourse if you want the heated pool you have to pay a daily fee which was worth every penny we got to enjoy the pool and ut eas warm and just peaceful. The living room needs a much needed Upgrade with furniture and maybe some decor. ALSO they need better utensils knives were a bit dull i have to buy a sharpener and covers for pots dont match but hey they work lol overall it was an amazing experience. Quiet place with a gate to come in which nade us feel safe. I PROMISE you and your loved one's will have an amazing time.. It felt like home away from home.. Thank you for allowing us to stay

Absolutely, beautiful home. Very clean..everything you need is taken care of. Host was wonderful and attentive to needs.

We enjoyed our stay, there were only a few minor things i was not happy with. When we first got there, it was not as clean as i expected. We stayed for 9 nights, there are carpets but no access to a vacuum. Other than that, I do recommend it. The location is great and it is peaceful.

It was a wonderful location. I took my children and they enjoyed the pool. It was spacious and clean. Communicated really well. Only thirty minutes from the heart of Orlando. Close to grocery stores and restaurants

This property was absolutely amazing. It was clean, pool was great, location near the highway, publix, walmart. What made this the best family trip was the communication with Mr. Roy the property owner. If i text a question the response time was phenomenal. I cant wait for next year.

We were coming off a cruise and looking for somewhere to rest a couple of days before the drive home. The location worked well to meet up with some family nearby, get groceries, etc. The kids loved having a pool to themselves after the packed cruise pools!

The home was nice and spacious. The pool was small but not too small. Cute decor. However, the home needs a professional cleaning and fumigating. I saw roaches in the kitchen. The faucets were disgusting. There was black stuff caked on them all. There were shoes and someone’s dirty clothes left in the closet. Hair was all over the place including the countertops and showers. The floors clearly had not been swept and mopped. All vents are filthy. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned. The dishes were still dirty. The manager communicated very well with us. However, I did not bring up the cleanliness since we were on vacation and didn’t have time to deal with it. If the home were cleaned properly, I would have given it 5 stars. I was very disappointed.

Good location, host responds immediately, when I needed something. Beds could use a better mattress in one of the rooms, but not that uncomfortable. Would rent again.

The home was exactly as described. It’s in a great location and neighborhood . The host was extremely responsive to the few messages we sent. Pool heater wasn’t working like the third day we were there and I messaged him and he had it fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend and give everything 5 stars!

Everything was great. The house was as advertised, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Tons of restaurants and other things to do, and if you're there for the parks they're close. Roy's great to work with, and commnicated everything we needed to know. That made the check-in and check-out process simple. Would absolutely stay there again.

Very pleasant

This was our first time wintering in Florida & Roy's place was a wonderful place to escape the cold Michigan weather for 2 months!We enjoyed watching the birds & the alligator in the pond.Roy was quick to respond & made our stay enjoyable!

This house really felt like home, we definitely will stay here again when we return to the area. Also, the host was super responsive to all our needs and any concerns we had!

We had a pleasant stay in this roomy home in a quiet and secure neighborhood. The stay felt safe, and relaxing. Roy was kind enough to accommodate for our large family and pets. He also made sure to have chairs available for the patio (as some were broke before we arrived). The home was clean, and Roy was available anytime I needed to reach out to him. I hope to rent again when we visit for our trip to Universal Studios!

Perfect house! Very clean and comfortable, gorgeous perfect sized pool and comfy outdoor furniture around it. Very easy access to everything around, lots of food, stores and gas stations nearby. Definitely recommend!!

Host was quick to answer any questions … house was in a great location for Disney and lots of shopping areas.

Overall the stay was great, only issue was the master bathroom shower didn’t have any hot water and the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable.

Very welcoming, enjoyed every minute of it. I Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Very close to shopping centers, attractions, lots of things to do in the area. And the pool was amazing, was used every morning of our stay here.

I live here in Florida i cant go away on a vacation because my mom had a stroke not so long and cant travel far. I wanted to go somewhere to relax. I chose the perfect place. I relaxed by the pool it was a great house great place. Thank you
