Secluded property nestled in beautiful trees, landscaping, etc. Beautiful house, with a great little deck for relaxing outdoors. Loved the Port Angeles area, including the Kokopelli Grill and 929 Woodfire Grill. We're not as young as we used to be, so we appreciated that all essentials were on the first floor. Two bedrooms upstairs but we didn't use those. .

Our stay at the Whispering Pines VRBO was overall good. We really enjoyed the clean rooms and how well stocked the house was. No matter how well you plan, you usually leave something behind and Brigadoon did a great job with stocking the necessities. The location was wonderful and surrounded by nature. Our daughter was thrilled to see the deer throughout each day we spent here. The local area speaks for itself with the Olympics, water, and local establishments. One item we wished to have known before hand was that there is no smoking/vaping aloud on the property. I can certainly understand and respect this, but we did not learn of this until we checked in through an online non-VRBO check in site. I relooked through the VRBO listing and it does state no smoking under the house rules, but we misunderstood this to be inside the house. The one smoker in the family abided and frequented the nearby gravel road, which was fairly quiet and private. I will note that we would recommend this location to any non-smokers. Lastly for those with smaller children, there were no provided accommodations for children under the ages of 3 or 4 years old. Let me be clear that Brigadoon does not advertise that they do provide these accommodations, I'm just confirming that there were no cribs, high chairs, toys, etc. at this location. We planned accordingly and still had a good stay.

This house was a great place to stay for our trip to the Olympic Peninsula. It matched its description, was very clean, and had a great location near town and very close to the Olympic Discovery Trail. It was very comfortable for our family.

Lovely location, great communication with host, very clean house…there were very few towels considering we were a group of 4 adults and one of the beds had stained bedding. But overall, a good place.

The property is extremely comfortable. It’s has a beautiful yard. The location is perfect for access to Olympic Park as well as grocery stores and Walmart. We utilized the kitchen for every meal. Just needed a few more dinner forks and knives. Thank you!

Stay was great & the home was very nice. We really appreciated the information about the area. I only had two minor nits: you needed too much verification information prior to our arrival and the toilet paper rolls are too large for the holders.

We really loved the home. Great location. Great house. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay there. It is clearly stated - but be aware that if you want internet, and though it is offered, it can go out without notice. Beyond that this stay was perfect!

We loved the secluded setting, just outside of downtown Port Angeles. Perfect distance to Olympic National Park and many nature adventures. The house was the ideal size for our family of 4. Loved the large windows in the front room. Would 100% stay here again

We were particularly impressed by the privacy and landscaping. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with carefully selected trees and shrubs layered in front of the natural pine forest background. The large windows in the living room provide a beautiful view of this. The large property is very private and quiet with plenty of parking space. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The fireplace in the living room was nice to quickly heat up the living area when we got back from excursions.

Perfect place to ride the Olympic Discovery Trail from the house. Loved the large living room windows overlooking the beautiful garden and trees. A deer walked across the driveway one morning. Comfortable and relaxing, and enjoyed cooking our meals together.

The Pines cottage was the perfect location for our family to visit Olympic National Park. The cottage was peaceful set back in the woods with beautiful landscaping around with flowering shrubs. Inside had a cozy fireplace to warm up after hiking in the spring WA rain. It was exactly as described online and our hosts were beyond helpful always quick to respond to any question or need we had. The house cleaning lady went above and beyond trying to find my husband's wallet after our departure. Our experience was above 5 stars and we definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay when visiting Olympic National Park. Thanks again Pines team- what a blessing of a stay!
