Stayed Feb 22, 2025Located in nice area about 20 minutes from SPI, the pools were nice, also heated. The owners always responded when we had problems with anything and the place was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

Stayed Feb 12, 2025Had a great stay at the Rodriguez property in Laguna Vista. Very clean place, good amenities, quiet and relaxing. Felt like we were living above the price we actually paid. If/when we return to the South Padre area, we will stay here again if it's available. A highlight of the trip!

Stayed Feb 11, 2024This lovely townhome looks brand new inside. Furnishings and finishes are tasteful and high quality. The kitchen has everything we could ask for in meal preparation. Very comfortable sofas, chairs and beds. Bright and airy vibe. Very quiet neighborhood away from the busy, gaudy South Padre Island, yet close enough to SPI for day adventures. Steve, the host was very responsive and courteous. If we return to the area, this will be our choice for accommodation.
