Peaceful escape 2 blocks from beach, short walk to Seaside

5 stars all around. The pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing chef’s kitchen and the open concept dining and living rooms were just perfect for our family. The lanai/covered patio areas (there are two!!) are incredible, and screened fully to keep the bugs out. The primary suite is exquisite and the massive dual shower area with steam unit certainly won’t disappoint. The host was super responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Lovely home, everything was very clean upon arrival. Great proximity to beach and loved the pool. However the host did not reply to any of my messages the entire stay. The AC was running too hard and not keeping up with the needs and the filter was needing to be changed. The front and back door were very hard to open/ lock. Multiple fans did not work and window treatments were falling off. The house was for sale so I am not sure if the current owners are just trying to gain passive income with the listing before selling but was a bit disappointed with the small aspects that can add up when on a vacation. Never received a reply from the host.

This house was perfect for our family vacation with 2 toddlers! The layout of the house is great and all amenities were great. The property manager was excellent with communication, fixing any issues that we ran into ASAP.

The house was spotless and in a fantastic location—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was never too crowded, and a scenic neighborhood stroll to Seaside that we enjoyed every night with our toddler and baby.Our only real issue was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working when we arrived, and the ceiling fans weren’t set to rotate properly for summer. The owner works with a management company since she doesn’t live locally, so most of the communication went through them. The AC was repaired the next day, and after additional follow-up, they brought oscillating fans, though the ceiling fans were never adjusted.While it was frustrating to deal with that at this price point, the team did respond as quickly as possible, and the rest of the stay was enjoyable. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and size of the home still made it a solid choice—even if it wasn’t quite perfect when we arrived.

We had a wonderful time at this home last week. The location is ideal as we were able to walk 2 blocks to the beach. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and VERY close to the Publix! The main room and the outdoor living space were enjoyed by our entire family.

This is a fantastic property that exceeded all of our expectations. The home was beautifully appointed and the amenities were top grade. The pool and outdoor area were exceptional and the very short walk to the beach was easy. Our family highly recommends this property.

Location was absolutely perfect! Close to the beach and shops and extremely relaxing. Very cozy setup! Would love to come back next year and stay.

It was clear this was someone’s personal home not your average rental home. It was so clean and beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful home!!! Comfortable beds, amazing showers. Short walk to the beach. The pool is small but the outdoor space was wonderful. All the amenities (shampoo, conditioners, towels, etc) top of the line. Great communication with owner. Would stay in this house again and again!
