Peaceful Deck + Fire Pit: Payson Home!

Beautiful , clean , well stocked , comfortable home. Great location in Payson. Pet friendly . Outstanding communication with owner . Loved the attached garage . Definitely would stay again !

We had a wonderful stay with family. The property is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Left a laptop at property and checked out. The owners very helpful and worked with me with patience so that i was able to collect my laptop from the property the following weekend.

Our stay at this charming home for 7 nights was cute, quaint and cozy, especially with the fireplace adding a warm touch to our evenings. The home was well stocked with dishes, cookware and spices. The frig was stocked with some condiments and some supplies as paper plates, napkins, garbage bags and ziplock bags, along with nonperishable foods in cabinet. The one downside was the selection of coffee pods. After booking this home, we were provided with a POC. I reached out via email, as instructed, to inform her of our plans surprising our mother for her 90th birthday. Our mother doesn't drive and we were hoping to give her a change of scenery for the time we were there, picking her up and taking her back to the house each day. I accidentally put down only 2 people staying with pets (my mother has pets but they never joined us) and let her know there could be up to 8 family members staying at the house, not all necessarily at the same time for the night. I did assure her there would be no more than 8 guests per night as stated in the description. I was also informed there would be enough supplies for the week of our stay. We did run out of tp and wash cloths, which the poc sent the cleaning lady who was not very pleasant to my husband. She only gave us 2 more rolls of tp along with a few washcloths and told us to use the washer and dryer which we had already done a load of towels prior. We did run out of tp again & pt. Despite the few things, great memories were had!

Check in was super easy, location is so close to everything. The house was ridiculously well stocked (the best we’ve stayed at!). There is no gym equipment because apparently a previous guest stole it :-( but otherwise everything is exactly as advertised. We weren’t fans of the property management company but Amanda the host was amazing and easy to work with. Would 100% stay here again. ALSO: don’t go to Starbucks. Go to Noley’s and and Muk’s and Smashley’s. Absolute gems.

Excellent experience. The accomodations were lovely. There was plenty of space for my family and I to enjoy the house during our time there, when we were not out exploring the area. It was a short drive to Tonto Natural Bridge (amazing site). We also took a little drive Woods Canyon Lake and enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the lake and landscape. We even had a few elk along with a little calf walk through the neighborhood one morning. Great experience!

This house is nicely located in an overall quiet neighborhood not far off a main road for easy and quick access. Amanda gets all the stars for great communication leading up to, and during our stay. We had no issues while we were in their home for two nights. It was comfortable for seven of us with two bedrooms and the kiddos in the living room. During the day the large kitchen and open layout provided us a nice place to hang out and relax. Plenty of seating as well, and cozy blankets. The beds were both soft. Couch and coffee table updated since photos posted. Many amenities such as varieties of soaps and tin foils, baggies, spices and more. Nice patio, backyard, and bonus rooms that we didn't end up using much. Helpful notes for checkout via text, app, and posted on fridge. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Clean, beautiful, nicely decorated home in the woods of Payson. Plenty of cook ware in the kitchen. Elk wandered through the front yard on the last evening. Great communication and easy access.

Had a nice stay at this property. The house was nice and clean. The owner was helpful and communicative if needed.

Great place!!

The property was as advertised...in fact it was more. It every amenity you could ask for from streaming TV to the conveniences in the kitchen. It was extremely clean and well laid out. It was our home away from home!

Very nice

This was a perfect house to explore Payson and have our dogs. Everything was as it was shown and stated on the site. The primary bathroom was a bit small for my 6’8” husband. But, he’s used to it, haha!

My family and I stayed at this house for a weekend of fishing. Everything went well. All the check out instructions were followed. A couple hours after getting home I received a text message from the property owner stating that the cleaning lady found that the two beds in the property were found broken. The owner stated that a claim would be filed and someone would contact me with maintenance charges etc. they sent pictures that I didn’t recognize. I informed the owner that I had pictures and videos of how I left the property which I immediately sent them. No one ever contacted me after that. Unfortunately, it was the owner apparently trying to scam me. Beware of scammers

This home is top notch! Everything is the excellent quality and the host has thoughtfully stored it with all you will need. Our favorite place was sitting around the firepit in the backyard. There is plenty of room to lounge inside the house, too. It feels like you're in the forest yet are conveniently close to town. I would highly recommend this place!
