The patio overlooks a pond with bird watching opportunities. Master Bedroom w/ Queen bed, has a private door that leads to patio, walk-in closet, dual sinks in master bathroom and a bidet. Separate guest quarters has private hallway, Guest Bedroom w/ queen bed, additional Guest Bedroom with Twin bed and Guest Bathroom.

Located inside the gates of Moody River Estates you will discover lush landscaping, tranquil ponds and over 2 miles of walking trails. The clubhouse offers many social events, fitness center, billiards room with library, resort style pool with hot tub, tennis courts and basketball courts.
Just across the street from the unit is a smaller satellite pool.
Beginning in November and running through season, just behind the unit is a trolley stop for a free ride into downtown Fort Myers.
