Stayed Sep 19, 2025Very clean and cozy. House and living furniture is much older than in the photos. The property manager was very responsive and accomodating. House smelled a little musty. Maybe from living room area rug that looks worn and collecting moisture. A little confusing with the original address of 1026 Coombs Drive listed in VRBO vs. the actual 1626 Coombs Drive address. Overall, nice, clean and cozy villa.

Stayed May 1, 2024I found this place looking for my family and I to stay for my graduation at FSU and it was the best! Very comfortable and overall quiet neighborhood. Fast communication with the property manager was helpful and they served reminders before you finish your stay to keep the home well maintained. Being able to just relax after all the chaos of graduation made this home perfect. Being close to the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center and many other restaurants near Appalachee and Magnolia helped for dinner plans and their kitchen also allowed us to make meals. You have everything you need! This is a place I will come back to in future trips to Tallahassee :)

Stayed Feb 9, 2024Very pleased to have a great place to stay in the city close to everything. Host is very responsive and attentive. Clean place and very quiet. No issues with anything. Would absolutely stay over and over again. Great neighborhood too.

Stayed Nov 10, 2023A college friend and I stayed here for the FSU/Miami football game. The house was located about 15 minutes from FSU. Clean property. Only one bathroom which was OK for 2 people but might be difficult for larger groups. Main bedroom bed was comfortable. Second bedroom had bunk beds. Neighborhood was quiet but very dark at night. About 10 minutes from plenty of food options. Owner very responsive to all questions. No issues with house and would stay again for any FSU-related events.
