Stayed Oct 8, 2025My husband & grandmother celebrated their birthdays and had an awesome time in the house and five minutes away from the beach We had an amazing time at the house & Dale was always there when we had questions. The house was beautiful & was VERY clean the top & bottom balconies was clean & well set up for outside time! We will most definitely be back next year & rent the same house

Stayed Jul 20, 2025This cottage was perfect for my family. With 5 separate bedrooms, each couple had their own space. The outdoor space was great- we used the outdoor shower everyday. We also had a bonfire one of the cooler nights. I had everything I needed to cook dinner for 12 people.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024I would like to say thank you ?? We had a great time. We are looking forward to visiting again one day soon. My father who's on hospice wanted to do this vacation with all of us. So we bought him here , and we had so much fun ?. We cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. We took a boat ride on Sea Screamer and went to Pier Park. The Beach Cottage on Coral Beach was perfect for my family ?? We would like to say thanks again Dale for the hospitality that you have given us. Thank you ??

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Let me start by saying what a fantastic experience we had staying at this home. From the moment I booked the house, Dale was in touch with me, answering all my questions promptly. He even went a step further and sent me a package with coupons and information about activities in the area. I’ve rented homes before, but I’ve never received this level of attention. The home was perfect for our family of 19 and was very close to the beach. Thank you, Dale, for letting us stay at your wonderful property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We did our yearly family trip and this house was perfect. Specially the price..! 7 min walk to Beach We did morning walk to beach to see sun rise. Was awesome . Btw outdoor shower is a plus

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We surprised my dad with a trip for his 80th birthday. Dale was absolutely great. Anything we needed, housekeeping made sure that it was available. The cottage was very clean, roomy, comfortable, walking distance from the beach. I highly recommend for large groups.
