Pawleys Island Retreat - Golf Cart Included!

We had a wonderful experience and an enjoyed stay. There was plenty of room and VERY clean. I would definitely recommend! It is in a lovely area and is close to the beach and everything else. The golf cart is a definite plus.

We stayed here briefly while visiting Brookgreen Gardens, and the location was exactly what we needed—close by, in a quiet, charming neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the snack basket along with the wide coffee selection was a thoughtful, much-appreciated touch.A couple of things to note: the toilet off the kitchen is very loud. Each flush woke our 4-month-old who was sleeping in the adjacent room. Also, the couch slipcovers were secured with foam rods that kept coming loose, so we found ourselves readjusting them often.We chose this place primarily for the location and, overall, we were happy with our stay.

Great location. Wonderful large fenced backyard for dogs. Host was extremely accommodating! Just what we needed for a family get together.

Location was great, all the little things Tracy did before we checked in were very much appreciated (firewood, water, few snacks). Place was very clean and the back yard size was amazing, the pups loved it. If we are back in the area we will definite rent again

If you're looking for a place that has the look and feel of Pawley's Island and is conveniently located near the marsh, beach, groceries, shopping and restaurants, this is the place. While it's not all shiny and modern, it is comfortable, clean and has everything needed for a restful, enjoyable get away! The owner is very personable, responsive and helpful. We appreciate the extra offerings (kayaks, golf cart, brach chairs, etc) and treats (snacks and bottles water) provided.

Nice place, Great access to the beach

The property was as advertised. The Host texted a few times to make sure all was okay. This was a family trip and the space was perfect. The backyard is great for all. The golf cart was an added bonus. Great location. Close to several good restaurants and the South Causeway. We will book it again if we end up in Pawley's Island.

This is the perfect beach house at Pawleys For my family. It was our second year and will continue to book with Tracy. The beach is only a short golf cart ride away and the fenced in backyard is perfect for our dog.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We especially appreciated the large, fenced-in backyard. Even though Tracy was out of the country, he responded promptly to a couple of issues left by previous renters. The golf carts were a great convenience, and the proximity to the beach and local stores made everything easily accessible.

We had a great stay at Pawleys! Mr. Tracy, the property owner, went above and beyond. Appreciated all the extras (water, snacks, spices, coffee pods, air fryer, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, extra towels, cards & games, beach chairs, fishing poles, kayaks, etc.)Comfy beds and couches. 2 Teenage kids had their own rooms and plenty of space. Smart TVs unwinded at night with Netflix and prime. Dog loved the huge backyard with hammock and swing, and grill. Golf cart was my favorite and made travel to and from beach easy. The street connects to Lowe’s and also Starbucks so good location in safe, quiet area. Check out Franks for dinner, R Way a bit further north for pizza and wings, or DeRomas pizza. We can’t wait for next year!

Our trip was wonderful! The ease and convenience of check in, communication with the host Tracy and the variety or extra amenities makes this property different from others I've stayed at before. I highly recommend this place for families with pets or even friends groups as there is a great use of space so you don't feel cramped whatsoever. Loved it and will be back!

This property is in a prime location to shops and the beach, and having the golf cart made everything even more accessible. Our dog absolutely loved the massive backyard! Tracy responded almost immediately to all communications and helped solve an issue with the AC as soon as I messaged.

I’ve rented dozens of VRBOs and you can always tell when the owner is involved and cares. This property is managed by an agency but it’s not that typical no salt and pepper agency rental. The owner had treat baskets!! And coffee! The grill works and the location is wonderful!

We booked this listing last minute and it was a gem!! We travel w our dog often and the huge fenced yard made life easy!! Trip to beach on golf cart over waterway was perfect! Loved it and will be back!

We had a wonderful time. Tracy is an excellent host! We had all that we needed for our mini vacation and more – fire pit, corn hole, beach chairs, and ample towels – beach and bath. The golf cart was an added bonus, no need to clean our vehicle on returning home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and that we would have booked another day or so. This may become an annual trip for us. Thank you, Tracy, for your hospitality.

Great place and location!

We had an amazing time at Pawley’s with our 3 dogs. This house was awesome and has a huge fenced in back yard, which is a life saver with dogs. We were able to drive to several of the public beach accesses in under 5 minutes. Which was great. Tracy was a wonderful host and answered a lot of my questions before and during our stay. He’s also just a nice person and my husband and I enjoyed meeting him the morning we left and chatting with him for a while. The house is so well appointed, having tons of beach towels and bath towels, etc. Little things like that make a big difference, especially when you are at the beach with dogs! The house had everything we needed to cook dinner a couple of nights and a spacious laundry room with a nice washer and dryer. Everything was clean and comfortable. I do not have one bad thing to say about Tracy or this property and will be booking here again next time we visit Pawley’s!

This charming little house was very comfortable. I've had knee operations & it was compact, easy access with very nice beds & yard.

Clean, big rooms, and the golf cart was a hit.

I booked this stay several months ago for a stay with my adult family and infant granddaughter. We planned activities for the whole week, which never came to pass due to a tropical storm hitting. Because of that, we spent the entire vacation indoors - and it was great! The setup was spacious enough that we were not on top of each other. There were extra blankets, the couches and chairs were super comfortable, and plenty of games. The yard was perfect for the (rare) periods without rain to run out and get some fresh air. The kitchen was better stocked than any rental I've ever stayed at. Most importantly, Terry was completely on top of the situation - emailing me resources to monitor in case of evacuation and responding right away when we had a partial power outage. He reached out the day we left to let me know I left a drawer of clothes behind and promptly mailed them to me. What an amazing host. I highly recommend this place.
