Stayed Jul 17, 2023Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Paul's place....the property is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need!! The 2 outdoor area's are perfect for dining alfresco and totally private. The pool is lovely too and very clean. Its a 20 minute walk to the beach which is lovely and the sea is so warm and shallow. There are also some great restaurants and bars only a short walk away. Louise is always contactable and she is very helpful and gave us some very useful information and also arranged taxi to and from the airport. Would highly recommended it and didn't want to leave!!

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Just back from wonderful stay at Paul’s place. The house had everything you could possibly want including sunlougers and chairs for sitting round the lovely pool. The distance from the main strip was a short walk and about 10 mins walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Nov 4, 2021Just returned from a weeks break. Everything was spot on, all amenities as described and equipped with everything you could ever need and more! The complex is in a great location, secure and beautifully maintained. Our first time in LA, but wont be the last. Lovely resort with a good mix of old and new and a fabulous promenade. Excellent communication, advice and help throughout, many thanks again Louise. Look forward to returning.

Stayed Oct 8, 2020Lovely 3-bed townhouse with all the amenities you could ask for. The complex was beautifully looked after and the pool area was spotless. Good choice of supermarkets, restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk, as was the beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Just had a fabulous week at Paul’s Place. This property is situated on a quiet secure gated complex within easy reach of all amenities. The house has been furnished to the highest standard from the well equipped kitchen, lovely living/dining area to the 3 spacious bedrooms. It also has large terrace wirh plenty of room for alfresco dining complete with barbecue. There is the added bonus of a rooftop terrace again well equipped for that barbecue whilst soaking up the rays. It is one of the best properties I have stayed in and cannot wait to return. Thank you Louise and Paul for offering this amazing house and whom are always available should you need anything. Also I would like to thank Linda for looking after us so well.
