Patio & Walk to Beach: Hilton Head Island Townhome

We just got home from a great visit. It was exactly what our family with three kids needed! It’s nothing fancy but it had everything we needed. Little extras like starter supplies was appreciated. It was a short walk to the beach and having access to a restroom by the beach path was so valuable. My boys are already asking when we can go back!

Condo needs a lot of working. Most outlets do not work and upstairs shower does not work.

We enjoyed our stay while in hilton head. Great location and plenty of room. Webwould stay there again next time we are in town.

Fabulous condo. Very clean. Great location. The pool was steps away from the back deck which was really nice. Very family friendly/oriented area. Plenty of room. The property manager was very responsive when I had questions. Will definitely rent again!

This place was perfect for a family or friends’ getaway to Hilton Head. The location has a cozy, lived-in charm that makes it feel warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. It came fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably. Being just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach made it super convenient, and the property manager was quick and helpful with all our communication. We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

The townhouse is set up nicely and the host (Rita) was very informative, helpful and quick to respond to questions and concerns! However the condition and cleanliness was very disappointing! Several of the rooms had large noticeable cracks on the walls, the vertical blinds were missing slats, and the cleaning was the worse! We all had black feet after we took our shoes off and walked around.( I don’t think the floors and rugs have been cleaned for some time!)There was dust and debris all over ( especially the window sills, there was a hole in the floor on the second floor in front of the bathroom ( marked with blue tape ). Several of the lamps did not even have bulbs in them. Think it would be a really nice rental is it was repaired and cleaned correctly!

Exactly as pictured and described, not only was the home a perfect fit for my family needs, the view was amazing, the walk to the beach couldn't have been easier to get to and all our activities were within a 5 mile radius. The hosthost was amazingly easy to get ahold of and answer local questions. Will definitely stay here again!!Will definitely stay here again!!

This place has THREE floors. Neither my daughter or I saw that in any of the descriptions. So I wouldn't recommend it for small children or elderly. There is no bathroom on the first floor. The only reason I gave it two stars was because how close it was to the pool. The furniture was worn and needs cleaning or replacing. There were holes in the walls. The towel bar on the 2nd floor wouldn't stay up. The handle on the 3rd floor toilet was broken. I could go on and on. I really didn't think it looked anything like the pictures they show in the ad. It wasn't worth the money.

Very flexible space, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry supplies, as well as linens, towels and even beach items. Close to the beach and everything. Very accommodating, and our hostess was so easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great experience!

This was a family vacation with my kids and their partners. We had a great time and I think the place we stayed was in a perfect location. I will definitely book through this company again!
