Very nice unit, clean, comfortable. We stayed with another couple for three nights. It is close to everything, parking was good for two midsize cars. Bathroom was tight but fine for short stay. Good communication from owner.Would stay again.

My Family and I meet in Atlanta for the Woman Evolve Conference and booked this little gem. The property is cute and well decorated to make you feel welcome. The bathroom was the tiniest I've ever seen and the cleaning team could be a little more detailed with dusting and bathroom base boards, but overall a great stay.

Cozy, too! This place offers all the amenities you need. It is a great location and nice neighborhood. Bed was comfortable (said it was Queen but we suspect a King size). Deck was nice, too. Everything worked & it was completely as described. Host is responsive.

Easy and simple

Very comfortable and quaint home in a walkable neighborhood, close to I75 and local shopping as well as restaurants and Monday Night Brewing brewery. A short drive to the Buckhead YMCA and very close to downtown and many attractions. We had a great visit seeing family and the sights in Atlanta. We have a ten year old and he had his own room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We visited for our daughter's graduation from Georgia Tech. The property was exactly as described. The unit was clean and communication with the hostess was easy.

This place was just as described. Quite cute, lots of families walking at night, super soft beds, we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip. Our little midtown home away from home.

My wife and I and our dog visited our daughter in west midtown Atlanta. This house was absolutely perfect for us. All the amenities we needed, we cooked in a couple of nights and everything we needed was there. Plus a lovely patio to sit on when it's sunny and a backyard for the dog. Perfect!

Excellent home and location. Just a little dissapointed with the clogged up shower tub for the weekend.

We came in for the National Championship game and had a great time! The house was close to places to grab drinks and food, a short Uber ride to downtown and a 2 minute drive to get on 75 to head north after the weekend getaway!

The unit was generally as listed, decent, but in need of maintenance. There wasn’t anything we needed the host to remedy for our stay but a definite need for attention to details (e.g., the closet carpet was heavily stained, water stains on the living room ceiling, rust stains on the bathroom wall, bed room ceiling light flickered on and off, wonky bedroom blinds). It is also listed as a two bedroom, but it does not truly have two bedrooms. It has one bedroom and an office that has been converted to a bedroom with French doors. There are two separate beds and two separate sleeping areas but not two separate bedrooms. The rental was fairly clean and a fairly decent location, but I would not rent it again on a subsequent visit.

The beautiful, quaint street nestled in a huge city was just the perfect place! From the cute little book nook just outside, to the early morning coffee on the back deck, you’d never know the rustle and bustle of a gigantic city was a few miles away. Entertainment right around the corner from a sleepy cottage home. Just perfect!!

The house was lovely! Very comfortable beds and nice area, close to everything. Communication with host was a little slow but we had a great time and will be back when we are in the atlanta area

Took my dogs on a work trip when dog sitter cancelled. This place was perfect.

Decent, albeit a bit dated and quite small. Close to food and drinks with a nice patio for the evenings.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay, with our dog, so we could watch our son compete in National SkillsUSA. This house met our needs and then some. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the convenience of the location. If we have to come back to Atlanta, we would stay here again.

Just the right size for my daughter and I to spend time together for Mother's day. We were not stepping on each other. 10 days, the laundry entrance from outside the home was the only drawback, you have to kneel down to open the door and we had rainy days. It would be nice that it is mentioned in the description.
