Stayed Jan 31, 2020The host (who does not own the property) was great. However, the problem falls ultimately on the owners who own the property. The property was extremely dirty when we arrived. It doesn't look like the carpets have ever been cleaned or vacuumed. The dryer was not hooked up properly and you could smell natural gas when turned on. We had to buy supplies ourselves to fix. There was mold under the shower mat downstairs. No key for the pool so had to jump the fence or pry open. The location is great but would not advise renting this property, especially for the price. It is WAY overpriced for what it is. We looked at other properties for half the price that were in much better condition. Eventually we were contacted by the homeowners who were unwilling to provide any kind of refund. The rental company will refund the cleaning fee after we provided documentation and photos.

Stayed Mar 3, 2019The property was exactly as described. The parking was a real benefit for us as we had a truck and 14' trailer, with two motorcycles. The condo is well furnished and stocked. It is beautifully finished. There are lots of outdoor seating options and the close location to the pool was nice. We enjoyed the proximity to hiking and Hwy 74 as we rode it daily. The manager was polite and helpful. Highly recommend this condo.

Stayed Jan 3, 2019The townhome was very spacious and had everything necessary for out two week stay, bet the decor is over the top, and the interior is very dark. The neighborhood is lovely and close to everything.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was like a home away from home, stylus with quint character, beautiful art work throughout. Well appointed amenities, the layout was great, the young lady who greeted us was very warm and made you feel at home, great customer service. The location is great near eateries, shopping you could not ask for a better location. We loved everything about this property and would definitely refer our friends to stay here.
