Stayed May 1, 2025This property is comfortable and immaculate! It is stocked with most everything you'd need for a month's stay. We very much appreciated the mid-stay cleaning offered by the owner - it was very thorough. We loved being within walking distance of El Paseo shopping and restaurants and a very short drive to groceries, etc.Luckily we're not big TV watchers since it was not working properly for most of our stay. The cable guy visited but didn't remedy the issue so we just opted to do without. The owner was fairly responsive during our stay and provided an excellent guest book with instructions on how to work everything!Sandpiper is the only place we stay in Palm Desert because it's generally quiet, very well maintained and centrally located for what we like to do while in the area. This is the best condo we've stayed in so far and highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023I could go on and on…the condo was immaculate, beautifully designed and came fully loaded with every necessity and convenience. Spacious. Light. Central air. Just right shades. Rugs where you want them. Bare elegant floors and bathroom tile where you need them. Empty no clutter closets (except for hangers, laundry baskets, and cozy extras in easy reach) and plenty of drawers with liners. Wall mounted TVs exactly where you want to watch your favorite programming. And everything you need in the kitchen in case you just have to prepare Thanksgiving dinner!!! Fabulous welcoming host. Masterful on the ground cheerful local support team family able to come to the property and respond to anything/everything with dispatch and neighborly demeanor - I felt they cared about the property and for my well-being and enjoyment. Whatever you do, please do not rent this exceptional dream condo unless you’re used to and expect the very best hospitality!

Stayed Apr 13, 2018We truly enjoyed our vacation in Palm Desert in this beautifully appointed mid century condo! The ambiance was amazing - loved our early evenings at the pool with the lovely surrounding landscape! The location was terrific with the great hiking, shopping, and golf courses nearby. Thank you to Lee , the owner for sharing his home with us !
